I’ve had the pleasure of working with Aidan over the past few years, and I can honestly say the service has been exceptional from start to finish. His attention to detail is second to none, and he is always on the ball—proactive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, which makes what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.

Zara, as case handler, has also been fantastic throughout. She keeps everything organised and on track, communicates clearly, and is always quick to help with any queries. Together, they make a brilliant team and provide a level of service that’s hard to find.

Was an absolute pleasure working with Gary Holmes. Remortgaging took longer a few months longer than expecting but Gary was always there to provide advise and guidance to my circumstances whilst making sure to action swiftly to lock in the best rate available at that time. Highly recommend him!

Don and Leona were so helpful. They were knowledgable, responsive, very calm and made the process really simple. They sorted out moving my old mortgage onto a new product whilst the conveyancing process was in going (as it was about to expire) and helped me get a good deal for the new mortgage. The Heron Financial Team are lovely. Both Kane and Zara in particular are so helpful, and they are always happy to answer any questions we have as first-time buyers.
