Recently used Heron Financial to sort our mortgage for us, and are super happy with the service we received! We started with Aimee who spent lots of time with us on the phone giving us advice, and a follow up call to look at potential rates and estimates of what we would be paying each month. She answered all questions we threw at her really clearly and took the time to explain things properly. Once we had decided to go ahead, Kane and Zara were then equally helpful at sorting everything out that we would need to get the mortgage process going, all the documents etc. They kept us well informed at all times via phone and email which we appreciated.
