I returned to Juniper on a discount.
After seeing no movement, I was asked to review my dose, where I felt they encouraged me to up my dose.
I was advised afterwards that my discount would no longer apply and was now forfeited due to the treatment change.
One month in and I felt dupped.

Appetite was definitely decreased
Appetite was definitely decreased. I didn't even feel like snacking when watching TV. I had way more energy and managed to complete at least 6000 steps per day. I love the Calorie tracker.

Ielle - A Fantastic Juniper team member!
Ielle contacted me after the need for me to escalate a problem and complaint due to an unexpected cancellation of my treatment and misinformation being shared as a result of a consultation. I was extremely frustrated and upset with Juniper as a result. Ielle was fantastic. She had reviewed all my emails, my account, the consultation notes and my correspondence with the earlier support person. She called me directly, already fully informed and with a clear path forward to resolve my problem. She solved it, and ensured my next delivery would be expediated so I would not miss my next treatment. Ielle also offered me a discount as a good-will gesture. I can say she has completely turned around my negative feelings about Juniper (which had occurred due to a few stuff ups) - my anxiety was removed, and I am once again a happy customer thanks to Ielle.

Havent had any problems with Juniper
Havent had any problems with Juniper, lost 12kgs and have plateaud now but i know i cant just rely on the medication alone, i have to get to excercising now.

Juniper my weightloss partner
Juniper has been my weightloss partner for nearly three years. The technology used is really helpful. I especially like the AI support agent who is very intuitive. I really liked that she followed up a couple of days later to see how I was going. That said interacting with real people at Junipter is also great. They listen and give sensible, achievable advice. The first time I did juniper it was…
The first time I did juniper it was fantastic. I lost 12kg, had no side effects, perfect.
After going off for a couple of months I put 5 kg back on, so started juniper again. This time around I haven't been able to lose any weight, even with upping the dose each month. Still no side effects though, which is a positive.

Feel and look the best I ever have
I’ve struggled to lose weight after menopause and tried all sorts of diets and exercise.
Finally decided to take the plunge with mounjaro. It’s been incredible. I’ve lost 17kgs and feel and look fantastic ! Juniper was great at providing help along the way and the process was so easy. Thanks!!
