I went in hertz last Saturday just to get an information. And then I met Stephen there. So yesterday just went to collect my new car. I highly recommend him.

The sellers were great and helpful. It was extremely easy to apply for finance and collected my car.

I recently purchased a car from Hertz and dealt with Souhail. I spotted the car online and rang the shop in Dublin. He was very enthusiastic and eager to get a deal done from the beginning. We had lots of back and forth discussing the new car, finances, along with trading in my old car. Living in a different county, he had no problem driving the car down to make my life easier. From the first call Monday afternoon to driving away with my new car Friday afternoon, I’m delighted with what I got in the end! Would highly recommend!

The car itself is top quality, perfect for city driving, solid, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Mark went above and beyond from start to finish, he made everything simple, explained every detail clearly, and even added extras, including a protective coating on the car, without me even asking. That kind of service is rare.

I bought my car yesterday on Hertz north. I was looking for it a long time and Souhail always was highly professional and attentive, telling me about the car, prices and advantagens of every models and brands. I bought a car that meets all my needs because his help.

I purchased a Ford Puma a little over a month ago, was very happy with it until I tried to put petrol in the car. The attendant at the garage tried to help but agreed something must be wrong. Tried a second garage in case it was just a one off, same issue. Contacted Hertz Blarney who told me to go to a Ford Dealer as they had no way of assessing it. Ford dealer confirmed an issue with the fuel valve and tube and it would need to be replaced. I sent on the quotation to Kieran who said he would have to send it up the chain. Although I have rang and messaged multiple times, with assurances he would call me back, he still hasn't. Zero after sales support, very disappointed and angry, still chasing. Avoid!!!
