Bought a car there last week. The experience was excellent. Matthew was really helpful in answering all my questions regarding quality checks and in arranging the paperwork and a fair price on my trade in. The car I purchased was in immaculate condition and there was no pressure to force a sale and the whole process was conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner. Based on my experience to date I would have no problem recommending Hertz Dun Laoghaire to anyone wishing to purchase a used car.

The whole process was made very easy by the team at hertz. Reserved a car in the evening, got a call the next day from Sean who was very flexible with organising a test drive. Communicated everything afterwards over WhatsApp which was very handy, allowing me to respond in my own time. Test drive with Sean was good, he was off the day I collected the car but Aaron was also helpful going through the paper work and handing over the car

Very good service from start to finish. Personal video was very helpful. Matthew handled everything in a few hours and drove home same day very happy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Horrendous experience- lied about the brake pads being replaced recently to my face. There was oil leaking in the engine area and alternator broke. All of this within 3 months of owning the car. In September 2024, they ignored my calls and emails to their offices and finally today apoke to someone but still refusing to do anything.

If I could give a zero I would. Bought a car here a couple months ago. The car has been giving constant trouble. Continuously ring and get empty promises about call backs and no solution to help with the issues.

Customer service is shocking. When buying the car they could help no problem. Now there is issues they don't want to know.

I would think twice before getting a car from the cork stores as if you have any trouble they will go missing.

Truly awful customer service care from the numerous people I have spoke to.
