Excellent service from heycar

Excellent service from heycar, always kept me informed of each step of the process from start to finish. Big thanks to Petya and Kelly for all their help and answering all my emails. Car arrived within a week, car need a clean as it was driven down to me. The driver was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. First time to buy a car online, happy with service provided and the quality of the car. From my experience I would recommend HeyCar.

Great experience

Great experience. Never bought a car online before but it was so easy , communication was excellent kept up to date all the time from start to finish took about 2 weeks from picking my car to having it delivered to my front door . Would definitely recommend heycar and would use again . Thank you heycar for a trouble free experience

Not a good experience

We chose to buy a car through Heycar as they offered free delivery, which the dealer wouldn't do. Was the stress worth the free delivery? I'd say no. The Heycar system appears to remove any connection between the car and the customer. Questions about the car go unanswered, wrong information given about the car, no clarity on where your money, or car is. The user dashboard online tells you nothing, you send them money and are left waiting days thinking you've been scammed with no updates or reassurance. They don't answer the phone and rarely answer emails. One month on and we are still chasing aftercare. Only good point was the car did arrive and we are pleased with it, although for £27k you'd think they would valet it properly

Excellent all round service.

Having never bought a car on line before I was a little apprehensive to say the least at doing so, however the experience from start to finish was excellent. Special mentions to Henor from sales and to Tilly and Kelly the after sales administrators were specially helpful and lastly the chap delivering the car to my door. Great stuff.

This was my first experience of buying…

This was my first experience of buying a car online. I found the service provided by Heycar to excellent. Both Henor and in particularly Kelly Smith provided a personal professional service and delivered on time all that they promised. I have now completed the purchase of a car for my daughter and she is thrilled with the vehicle I purchased from Heycar. Thank you and I received the best service that I could have hoped

Would strongly recommend not using this…

Would strongly recommend not using this service. The process itself was poor with extended periods without update. When the car arrived it was absolutely filthy, bumper hanging off which was not in pictures or description. Missing the spare key, also not in description. The bloke dropping it just chucked the key at me and walked off. Im trying to return the car, since advising them of this they are unresponsive via email or phone, phone doesnt even go on hold just asks you to leave a voicemail. Now stuck with a car on my drive i dont want and cash stuck with heycar.

All Customer Service …

I ordered a car from a car five weeks ago and despite multiple emails promising the delivery they are now not responding whatsoever. I intend to ask for a refund but I can’t even do that because they’re not responding and the phone is not being picked up at all.

I found Heycar very easy and…

I found Heycar very easy and trustworthy to deal with. The Car I bought fell below my expectations and wanted to return it. Petya and the customer service team where very helpful and communicated well. Obviously disappointed with the outcome of having to send the car back, which potentially could have been avoided with more photos. But overall the service was very good and the money was returned without any issues.

Terrible after sales

Terrible after sales, car has numerous issues, car has been in and out of repairs since owned and now HeyCar ignore calls for a refund, car is not fit for purpose…. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased an online car from Heycar…

I purchased an online car from Heycar with a cashback offer. The deal I had was really competitive. I dealt with Petya and Diogo, mainly by email but phone as well. My advice to anyone would be Heycar don't answer the phone but they will reply to emails and call you if you ask. The service I got my Petya and Diogo was brilliant they both were they helpful and tried everything they could to sort out any problems. I did have issues along the way and the car did take some time to come. However I did receive compensation for the issues. The car arrived and it was good it could of been a lot cleaner, but I am happy with it. I think I saved over £1000 compared to other dealers. I would recommend Heycar but don't expect your car to come fast.

A new but positive experience.

Had never heard of HeyCar before, or ever bought a car online before buying through their website. Read the trustpilot reviews and decided to go for it. Got a great deal on the car that I purchased, which included free delivery and £700 cashback.

Immediately after buying I was contacted by a HeyCar representative Kenan, who talked me through the process. As someone who doesnt have much experience buying or selling cars, I found all the information to be helpful and straightforward. I was told over the phone to be prepared for the car to take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered, which I was fine with.

The car was MOT'd and serviced before being delivered, which is a great service. They also fixed a few minor bumps and scrapes to the bodywork free of charge. I was kept up-to-date on all of this by Diogo who was extremely helpful and responsive over email.

The process did take a while. It was about 6 weeks from purchase to finally recieving the car. This was not something that concerned me too much as I had been prepared for this by Kenan. However this was clearly longer than is normal, and I was offered £200 as compensation by HeyCar which was recieved very promptly.

Overall I had a very positive experience of the whole thing, and have recieved a fantastic car without any faults and at a great price taking the cashback and compensation into account. Its a very different way to buy a car, and I have had to be patient during the process. I also did lots of due dilligence to ensure HeyCar were trustworthy, but all in all theyve come through with flying colours.
