It’s been great playing and earning , only thing that sucks is some games make you wait for your points to be added but all and all it’s a great app to download , I love heycash

Problems since last software upgrade
I have been using Heycash for about 2 years and it's been brilliant up until recently when they changed from a points based to cash based system, since then I have been screened out of surveys 90% of the time and the instances of being screened out halfway and in fact right at the end of the survey has increased substantially. The final straw, which prompts this review, was today when I spent 45 minutes on 2 separate surveys from providers I've used many times before, screening me out after I hit the finish button, I've never had that from those providers before.
Reported these concerns to the support department and course get no reply or basically saying it's nothing to do with.us, even though these problems have clearly started since then last software upgrade

Survey completion ( proven with screenshots) no reward and no normal answer for my ticket
I spent 19 minutes completing a survey, answered all questions including the final ones, and was disqualified at the very end (“late screen-out”) — with no reward.
I contacted support, but received only repeated template responses explaining how screening works, without addressing the actual issue. After three replies, my ticket was simply closed without any resolution.
This is not a normal early disqualification. This is completing a survey and then being denied compensation, which feels unfair and misleading.
Be aware: you can invest significant time and still receive nothing.
Very disappointing experience.

Always pay out but hate that it takes a day or two to get on my cash app card but other that that, I’m satisfied ◡̈

Not worth wasting your time to make them money, they WILL refuse to pay larger rewards with almost no explanation, customer support is pointless, tbh seems like bot responses or at least just copy/paste bs. Their a scam, one of worst apps of its kind iv tried1

Horrible withdrawal experience
Tried to initiate my first withdrawal yesterday. First my account went under review. Alright, no problem. I5 finished and now I cannot withdraw, when I press the button nothing happens or it says Too many tries try again later.
Apperantly this is all over Reddit already and is a known problem with HeyCash, support gives me the same message for the last 24 hours that they are looking into it and they will update me but I have not heard any new news and will escalate this further cause this is ridiculous.

They are not paying
I completed all the requirements for an offer on HeyCash (registration, required deposit, wagering, and additional deposit), yet I did not receive the reward.
Support has explicitly confirmed that there was a technical tracking issue on their side. However, despite this, they refuse to manually validate the offer, even though I have full evidence of all completed steps.
This means that if their system fails, the user is the one who suffers the consequences, which is clearly unfair.
It gives the impression that when tracking does not register automatically, they simply refuse to pay, regardless of whether the user fulfilled all the conditions.
I hope this case gets properly reviewed and resolved, as this kind of practice seriously damages trust in the platform.

I'm a very honest guy sharing my honest experience with this App. Quite frankly I found the process of withdrawing my balance above $50 was very cumbersome and time consuming as the app defers crediting your account. I did in fact enjoy playing the games a lot, but I would like to see the whole process of withdrawing high dollar amounts to be as seamless and smooth as possible.
Fun games
Fun games, easy cash out and just a good way for me to make a little extra spending money that I actually enjoy.
Can not cash out reward
Can not cash out reward, any amount pended from completed tasks were deleted taking aways several hundred dollars. I have not received any help from customer service. They have now stop responding

Hey cash is a great way to earn a few bucks, they pay fast and you can rest assured they pay. Great place
Reward denied despite proof
Reward denied despite proof – tickets repeatedly closed
I completed an in-app offer and provided clear proof, including screenshots with timestamps showing that all requirements were met.
The support team repeatedly responded with generic copy-paste messages about “missing tracking data” and did not address the evidence provided.
More concerning: my tickets were closed multiple times immediately after I replied, without any proper review or explanation. This effectively prevents any resolution.
From my experience, even when you can prove completion, the reward may still be denied if tracking fails – and support will not properly investigate.
I cannot recommend relying on payouts under these conditions.
