Not honouring high value milestones and "ghosting" players instead of resolving issues
UPDATE: BEING GHOSTED BY MANAGEMENT – WITHHOLDING £477.29
After my previous review, a supervisor named Sakura contacted me claiming my progress was "statistically improbable." I have since provided full evidence and pointed out that my progress is well within their own 80-day terms for Sunshine Island and therfore not "statistically improbable" based on their own set timeframes to meet milestones.
I have even offered a £240 settlement (less than half of what I am owed) just to resolve this for urgent, pre-planned home repairs, but HeyCash has now gone completely silent. They are ignoring my evidence and my emails while withholding my earned funds.
I have given them a deadline of 4:00 PM today to honor the settlement, or I will be withdrawing the offer and taking a formal complaint for the FULL £477.29 to the Financial Ombudsman. Absolute lack of integrity and total disregard for their own offer terms.
UPDATE: Emailed the help address as requested (4hrs ago). I have provided the same proof that was already 'Seen' and confirmed by your Instagram team at 12:12 PM yesterday. I am now waiting for a resolution.
I have an open support request (ticket number a187d187-e409 started April 13, 03:24) regarding missing rewards for Sunshine Island and Buffalo Jackpot (£337+) Despite providing Player IDs and proof of Levels, I am only receiving automated 'no tracking' excuses. HeyCash needs to honor these high-value milestones and not give automated "No tracking" answers.
UPDATE (Day 3): Still no response from support regarding Conversation ID: a187d187... I have provided clear screenshots and Player IDs for over £291 in missing rewards. If I don't receive a human response today, I will be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Prime Insights management directly. This is a clear failure to honor high-value milestones.
I am open to a fair resolution to settle this dispute, but I will not be silenced until my verified milestones are acknowledged.

Trash app
Just another scam app, they will let you earn a few pound early on to keep you making them money but definately will not pay out any higher tier awards and repeatedly will not track any offers that you spend cash to complete. Need to stop making rats like these people so much money, its why so many similar apps out their do same thing. Its rare to find any you can trust fully but heycash doesnt even come close to being one of those good ones

Heycash is nothing but a scam
Heycash is nothing but a scam. They do not allow redemption, do not respond ever to any of the multiple times I've submitted for assistance. Tried multiple redemptions. It would just say error, now it doesn't say anything. I've used many surveys sites and this is by far the worst.
I see others state they've gotten responses, but I've submitted multiple since a couple of months ago when I hit just over $13, and attempted to cashout $10.
Update: Slow responses, already 4/21 and still not resolution, so I still stick to my original post.
