It was delayed to be delivered so I was a bit skeptical. Once I tried it, I love 💗 it!!! It’s lightweight and easy to use. Fabulous results.

For the amount I paid, I think this product is worth it. It took some time to arrive but when I tried the product, it did work great with my hair. Yes, I will recommend this.

We love the product. My 18 yr old daughter is over the moon. Awesome product! Very versatile and works her magic Curls.

I would not recommend this product to a friend…first off they say it only takes 8 business days to deliver…mine took just over 3 weeks. If it’s coming from Toronto there is no way it should take that long to ship anywhere on the continent let alone lone Canada. Then I realized it’s from over seas…very deceptive.
The quality is mediocre…BEWARE the attachments get extremely hot!!! Best to wear a glove or use a towel to twist them off & place them on the counter. Also, hair does get tangled in the curling tubes which is painful! I thought it was because I wasn’t use to using it, however it still happens if I’m not cautious.
As for the curl value…I have shoulder length hair & it does not work well. I can see it performing better on long, same length finer hair. I have lots of hair but fine, so curl lasts maybe 10 minutes then it’s flat again. It does give my hair more volume but that’s pretty much the only benefit. I would have to use a lot of product in my hair to see decent results.
Overall, don’t waste your money. If you read the return policy…basically you can’t return it! You can’t try it without opening the packaging & of course their policy doesn’t allow returns unless the box is unopened! Say what!!??
My suggestion is save the $$ & invest in a higher quality item, or a high quality curling iron instead. Don’t forget influencers receive the product free…so don’t get sucked in with all the ads on instagram raving about it. Does not work well on medium to short hair, especially if your hair is tapered or layered. This is my experience with the Hey Curls kit.

I’ve one tried it once and not sure if it’s right for my short hair. Would love a tutorial on how to use on short hair

I was apprehensive ordering but decided to take the plunge and was happy with the product. It will take a bit of a learning curve to get used to the product. I actually ordered 2 at the same time, knowing my daughter would like one as well

I have to admit, when I first saw the ads, I was skeptical on how well it would work on MY hair. Will it really give me CURLS or just “semi-curl” my hair? Once mine arrived, I put it to the test…and to my amazement this actually curled my hair and the curls LASTED for more than 2-3 hours!!! Since my hair doesn’t like to hold a curl, I’d say this purchase was a win!!!

I ordered it so it would come for Christmas. Yet very poor communication no shipment update. And do not consider and never received it. They took my money. I would never recommend this product to anyone. I will go on social media about this.

Gifted this to my teenage daughter. She is less stressed getting ready for school and work, because it is so easy to use and efficient. She loves it.

At first skeptical, delivery was a long time. However, love the product. Beautiful and very efficient. Different attachments make it so versatile. I was going to send it back, but not now. It is AWESOME!

I at first I was unsure but oh my goodness am I ever extremely happy I took the plunge and bought the 5in 1 it is the best purchase ever , I've made ,this time I got something excited to use each day to it’s so easy to use exactly what I was looking for , I even went back and recently bought the leather bag to put it in.

I absolutely love love LOVEEEE this styler! Does everything so I dont need my straightener, my curler, and my dryer!! 100%%% would recommend!! :)

I clicked on a FB ad that said "Ships next day". AFTER they had my money, it changed to "ships in 5-7 business days". I told them to cancel the order as it was "bait and switch" but they claimed they couldn't. Right. After getting more emails that said it was shipping "soon" and no give from customer service on refund I cancelled via cc company. It did arrive over 3 weeks after "ships next day" but to another person's home in my town (I got their product from a different company, same shipper). They then sent me an email claiming a refund (ha! VISA did that). I never opened it and donated it to a local women's centre after finding out they only Canadian thing about them is a fake Toronto address.

Bought this for my daughter!!! So easy and now Mama has a built in hair stylist

I was worried it wouldn’t get here on time for Christmas as delivery took longer than advised but it arrived. It is light weight easy to work with and leave great bouncy curls. I’m still getting used to it and for the price it’s great value compared to the very expense name brand curlers out there!

The advertising is aggressive and I went for it. I don't need all the attachments and feel like I'd like to return - it takes up so much room I dont have! But they do not offer returns. Stuck with a product I won't use. Too complicated.
