I’m slightly disappointed in this product. The motor isn’t super strong, the air gets hot with the curling barrels and the air from the barrels kind of disrupts the hair around making everything pretty frizzy. I would return it if it wasn’t for the fact I’d lose out of the shipping and return. For now I’ll use it for travel as a blow dryer.

I ordered Hey. CURLs multi styler and it took 2.5 weeks to be delivered. In their ads it looks like it automatically wraps your hair similar to the Dyson. In reality it doesn’t. I have reached out to them at least 5 times to return and they respond by telling me to read the instructions. It is an extremely inferior product. I want to return and receive a refund which it states can be done 30-69 days after ordering. They do not respond to request for procedure to refund and return. This has been a terrible experience and I have a product I do not want and cannot get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company. No customer service and no one to speak with if you have an issue

Absolutely love this styler, it’s lightweight and works so well. Product took awhile to ship.

The product took longer then expected to arrive, they gave $ 10 off next purchase but would have preferred it applied to my current order for the delay. The case is nice and glad I upgraded. It took me a while to figure out the barrel curler. Wish there were better instructions/videos to explain this. Once I got the hang of it I do like the product.

Love the product so far although the curling rods will take some getting used to to learn how to use

For the price it is a good multi-styler. But the curling wand attachments don’t really work on my hair - thick but post menopausal healthy, uncoloured, undamaged hair. The curl doesn’t hold at all. But the other attachments do their job. However it is usually g high heat and I think the point of the Dyson and the reason it is so expensive is that it can achieve the results without the need for high heat. I got it for the curling wands so I’m a little disappointed.

I have straight hard to curl hair that doesn’t hold it’s curl. I have tried professional curling irons, straighteners, wand along with a lot of hair product and my hair still wouldn’t hold the curl. Hey curl actually makes my curls so full of body and even looks good the next day using only a little hairspray. I love it!!

Doesn’t work or hold a curl on my hair, they refuse to take it back despite the “60 day money back garunteed” because it’s “used” (literally one time perfect condition , all the packaging perfectly intact) . Garbage customer service

I ordered the Premium Case to go with the 5 in 1 Multistyler Pro I purchased as a Christmas gift for my spouse. The case showed up as a separate order but on receiving I noticed it was damaged and would not close properly, the material inside that forms the hinge was also torn. I submitted an email and pictures to Hey Curls to have it returned and replaced or refunded. They replied with an apology and said they are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company but offered me a 10% discount. I told them it wasn't acceptable because this was a gift for my spouse and its damaged. They offered to start the return process but I would be responsible for return shipping which is in direct violation of their return policy that states the customer is responsible for return shipping UNLESS the item is received damaged. This is my first experience with this company and so far I am very disappointed that somehow I'm on the hook for damages caused by their shipping company and they are taking no ownership for their own product that may have been damaged before it left the company warehouse. It wasn't even packaged in a box, just wrapped in bubble wrap.

Product quality is ok.
I am not happy about their 60-day money back guarantee, after I have emailed them and said that my wife is not happy with the product they started explaining how it need to be used. After I have insisted to return it they said: "To clarify, our 60-day money back guarantee specifically applies to items that are damaged or faulty, and in such cases, we require visual proof—such as a photo or video—for proper assessment.

For unused items in good condition where the reason for return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, we accept returns in line with our standard policy.

Please note, we are unable to accept used items due to hygiene reasons, so any product that has been tried or tested falls outside of our return policy."

Be careful if you are not sure that you are going to be happy with it.

This is an amazing product. I admit I was sceptical because it was such a good deal but it works just like a Dyson and my hair looks amazing after using it. I highly recommend.

I am very satisfied and I recommend it. Fast delivery and unbeatable price.

Great price for the multistyler, takes a bit to get used to but leaves great curls. I tried it the first time on my long uncolored grey hair with no styling product and the curls and volume lasted all day. But you have to get rid of Unipress for delivery, they are terrible.

The product is a Christmas gift for my wife, it came via private delivery company with my boxes damaged . The product seemed to be ok but I had to rebox everything. On a positive note it made it to my home within 5 business days.

Received my goods in great condition. I have ordered three of these now and love the product. I am gifting 2 of them to my daughter/grand-daughter for Christmas. On my last order, I ordered 2 leather cases and the company put the styler in one of the cases and this gift was not getting a leather case. The company has stayed connected with me in resolving this issue. I would order from Hey Curls again.

For return, you have to ship in China!!! False publicity, worse customer service ever seen!
