I ordered an egift card on 12/21/24 and paid for it to be sent on Christmas and of course it wasn't. Now customer service is of no help and after reading other reviews it sounds like they don't do anything to help. I want my money back but they don't reply to until days later...
Misleading and rude. Trash company.
Ordered shoes for my son before the Christmas delivery deadline. The shoes haven’t shipped. A label has been created and nothing has happened for 4 days. I called to check the status and was told very rudely that MAYBE they will come before Christmas. They informed me I chose standard shipping, disregarding the fact their website very clearly stated they would arrive on time. Did not prompt me to choose expedited shipping for on-time delivery. Their agents were rude. When I asked for a refund, for them to be expedited or to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. TWICE. Garbage. Do not order from this company. To be honest, the shoes are horribly made and are ugly.

I now own several pairs of Hey Dude shoes. They are lightweight, the soles grip well, there’s room for toes, and they’re supremely comfortable. Apart from wellies, I’ve worn nothing else for months, and they are wearing very well. Mine arrived quickly and were as described so I’ve not had any dealings with customer service.
I am in a doubt if I get the 2 pair of shoes I paid for!
Had a write with them regarding an order of 2 pair of shoes. They told me that they have nothing in there system regarding my name.
But they also give me an update that my shoes was on there way, as they have left there Stock.
Well then I wrote them I had an order confirmation and also that they allready had drawn money from my Bank Account! I also gave then attached files of these 2 things.
Waiting for the Answer of that, but for now I not that happy with there way of handling this, so I just hope for a turn around of how I see them, and they deliver my 2 pair of shoes asap, which I allready have paid for.

HEYDUDE, I understand the effort to use eco-friendly packaging, but I received my order today, and the shoes arrived in a bag instead of a proper shoe box. Not only could they have been damaged during delivery, but they also look like they could be a returned item. This is really disappointing, as I expected brand-new shoes in a box. Without proper packaging, how do expect the shoes to arrive undamaged? I appreciate the commitment to going green, but perhaps consider using biodegradable boxes instead—this approach isn’t working.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas. First it took almost 2 weeks before I got them and no updates on shipping status. And I was shocked when I did got them and they were sent to me loose in just a plastic type package/envelope. No box, and no shipping bubble to protect the shoes! So of course they were crushed by the USPS. I called Hey Dude corporate and was told that is how they ship their items now, and you do not even get the Hey Dude shoe box anymore. And that if I want a replacement/refund, I would need to submit a photo!! What happened to just taking back an item? And their agent was quite rude!!

Placed an order using one coupon code for 20% off my order. When checking out it showed the correct discount. Once order went through it reverted to a different code/sale they had going on, raising the price of my 3 pairs of shoes by about $50. Immediately called and spoke to Kathy in customer service, apparently she can’t do anything to change or cancel the order. It was literally less than 5 min after placing the order. Nothing has been processed or shipped, how can they not change or cancel within 5 minutes? Extremely disappointed in customer service.

On Friday 11/1/24 placed the order for 2 pair of shoes. Got some customer service messages saying to apply coupons, which did not work and took over 2 iterations to make it work. On Tuesday 11/5 with no information on any issues, the order is refunded. I had to inquire why, because there was no information on the refund email and they said it wasn't in stock. Their online system still showed on 11/5 both pairs in the correct size in stock, So you could purchase them and be charge the money and then have to fight the refund. What kind of company is

Returned shoes and 1 month on still no refund. Web chats and phone calls all confirm they have been returned but the refund has still not appeared.

Charging $40AUD after saying they offer that "Returns & Exchanges are Free & Simple", but then in the explanation, say that it excludes shipping, is pretty sketchy. Maybe get the copywriters onto that one to fix it up?

I have 3 pairs of Hey Dude shoes. I got them because people raved how comfortable they are. Well they aren’t uncomfortable but really not super comfortable like most expensive shoes like Hooka or Sketchers. I wouldn’t waste my money on another pair. They are cute, that’s about it. Tori
"Shipping label created" - never shipped
Ordered 2 pairs of Halloween themed shoes - one for me, one for my son on October 16th - I was charged at this time. On October 17th it was marked as shipped. Now it's October 29th and the tracking information says: "he package data was sent to OnTrac, but we have yet to receive the package from the sender. Tracking will update once it arrives. Please contact the sender for more information". Hey dude customer service told me to wait 10 business days to address this, today is 10 business days and now they tell me they are unable to cancel the order and I should just refuse the shipment. Refuse what shipment? You havent shipped them! You created a label and they never left the warehouse - assuming you even really put the label on a box to begin with. I have had 4 pairs of these shoes over the years, but this has been a such a poor experience I'm probably not going to buy them ever again.
My son was gifted a pair of shoes
My son was gifted a pair of shoes. Ordered a USM5. When the shoes arrived, they were tagged with USM5, but the actual shoe was USM6. Submitted for a return/exchange. After 3 weeks, received new pair of shoes with the exact same issue. Very frustrating since they knew this is exactly why I was returning them in the first place. Now I’m supposed to wait another 3 weeks and go through this process all over again. Customer service was a joke as she barely spoke English. Cut me off at the end of the call and abruptly ended the conversation. Not happy at all!
Follow Up at 11/10: I was able to continue the process to get another pair of shoes sent without having to wait for them to receive the 2nd incorrect pair. 3rd pair arrived...and once again a US6 tagged as a US5....therefore still too big. 3x with shoe being tagged incorrectly. And yes, I have other HeyDudes that were ordered through Amazon with no issue. I DO know how to read the sizing on the tag that lists the size in different country measurements.
Purchased 2 different types of shoes
Purchased 2 different types of shoes - one I really liked but the other arrived damaged so I returned it for a full refund. It has been 20 days since the items were delivered at the returns centre and I still have not received it.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. My order has been sitting awaiting carrier pickup for over a week now (8 days). When I contacted customer support they said "Sorry you order has been delayed due to a large volume of orders". Nothing beyond that. No corrective actions. I may as well have been talking to a bot. First and last time customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service , they won’t even let you finish what do you want to say. They would closed the chat window, not willing to help with your issue.. they would ask all info from you and denial in the end .. I never encountered this kind of customer service online, rude , rude , rude. Your customer service agent need more training on how to handle issue with orders and manage how to solve it or at least make your customer satisfied with your resolution. I will never buy anything from you, never! Hope it’s all worth it losing a customer..
They won't let you Cancel an order!
My son wanted a pair and we received a 30% off coupon code from T-Mobile so I agreed to purchase a pair for him. During the order process while entering the code on the single-page checkout screen I accidentally hit the process order button and it completed the sale without the code. I immediately looked for a way to cancel the order or contact customer service. No cancellation option. I emailed customer service and called. The foreigner who took my call said there was NO CANCELLATION OPTION and that I had to take delivery of the item and then return it. In this day and age, that is totally unacceptable. I JUST ORDERED and they can't do ANYTHING!? It will be easier and faster for me to file a chargeback with my credit card company and refuse delivery on the package. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
