Prompt and personalised service, fluid communications. Heymondo quickly updated my countries selection for no extra charge when I realised a mistake just after purchasing the policy. What a great experience from the very start to the very end! I’m a Brit travelling to and from Sweden and this service is a lifesaver! Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I contacted the medical chat because of a severe migraine attack while traveling abroad. The conversation was extremely brief, with very little medical guidance provided, and the chat suddenly ended right after what appeared to be an automated message in English, even though we had been speaking in Spanish the entire time.
I expected clearer advice, more professional follow-up, and a less abrupt experience from a medical assistance service. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal.

Our Customer Care team has attempted to contact you to better understand what happened and assist you further, however it has not been possible to reach you. We have also sent you an email, and you can reply directly to it with your availability so we can arrange a call at a convenient time for you.
We would also like to clarify that the Medical Chat available through the Heymondo App is intended for general medical consultations and guidance only. The doctors assisting through the chat are not authorised to issue diagnoses or prescriptions remotely.
In situations where medical assistance or treatment is required, the correct procedure is to contact the 24/7 assistance platform through the “Emergency Call” option in the Heymondo App (using Wi-Fi), or by calling the 24-hour assistance number indicated in your policy: +34 915 673 706. The assistance team will then direct you to the most suitable medical centre or hospital depending on your exact location, symptoms and local availability.
If you do not have access to Wi-Fi and need to place a regular phone call, please note that any call costs can later be reimbursed upon presentation of the corresponding invoice.
If you prefer, you can also contact us directly via email at hello@heymondo.com or via WhatsApp (text only) at +34 627 283 366. Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+1, and travel assistance is available 24/7.
