Brilliant product, brilliant service....
Love this product and the service in supplying it. Arrived quickly, had good instructions provided with the extra from the supplier and works a charm.
It is a clever design, packs down for easy storage. Particularly like the remote which means that you do not have to touch anything once it is set up so no altering or moving to distort imaging.

Great quality lightstand
I was so impressed by the ease of use of their Olivia lightstand from promotional videos, I was convinced to buy one for use in my small business.
It was very easy and quick to get this setup and start taking high quality videos for my social media content as well as professionally lit pictures for my product sales pages.
Can highly recommend.

A simple smartphone ist to heavy to hold - so the Arm is coming down every time, and the whole construction is not useable.
I would never ever buy it again!!!

We sent video walkthrough instructions post your purchase so you can follow through the set up. We are happy to resend that so you can set up Olivia correctly. The top view position doesn’t really get parallel to the base, so there’s always an angle to what’s being filmed. Needs improvement, especially considering de cost

After using the product "Olivia" successfully several times, I was disappointed that the remote control could not be recharged. But after contacting Paparazzo, they sent me a replacement remote control without any problems, even though the guarantee had already expired. Thank you for the great service!

The light is not at all bright enough for filming or photos. The springs barely hold my phone in, it keeps sliding down if I try to make it vertical. So disappointed.

Olivia and Photo box
Received my Olivia and photo box recently. Very impressed with the photo box and have used it to take some beautiful photos already. I have yet to use the Olivia but seems to be very high quality materials and good design. I did think the light would be a little brighter but I do think it will be very helpful in making videos of creating various art.

Not used the product yet buy it looks sturdy. I like the fact that it’s compact and the base is heavy giving good support. It took longer than two weeks for delivery but at least the box wasn’t damaged and arrived in one piece.

I really wanted to like this but it hangs down at an angle which puts all my shots off. Don’t have time to wait for a replacement to be processed and shipped from China so I’m stuck with this.
Edit: Yes, as stated in my review I could have returned this product but cannot wait for literal weeks for equipment so am stuck with this. If I want to keep my place in the algorithm I have to be posting something. The item is faulty and had to ask if they had any suggestions and was offered a workaround of shoving something in the joint. I was not offered a partial refund on the faulty product they sent. I’m just stuck with something that doesn’t work great for the very purpose it’s designed for. I understand they are disheartened at a negative review but the product doesn’t work the way it should, I’m stuck with it, and so negative review it is. Again, I REALLY was so ready to love this product.

Hi Tiffany. We have offered a replacement when you first emailed us in July 10. Before we can initiate a replacement, the product has to be returned first however you were not amenable to this. We're at a stalemate because on one hand we were willing to send a replacement and on the other you did not want to return the current product. WWe also sent you ways how you can manage as you were very keen. We sent that email last July 13. We have sent 2 follow up emails since but we have not heard back from you. We are caught off guard and disheartened
by this review as we have made accommodations in the best way we can.
