In reply, Your emails are skant and Heyzine is skirting the problem. The purpose of the Library is to add several ebooks that are password protected through the use of a singular password that protects all the eBooks from being copied. Your solution to create a second password to open a ebook in a library that is initially password protected is ludicrous. Once one of the eBooks is opened in the library the address in the Google search bar can be copied and sent anywhere and password protection is now missing and can be forwarded onto countless other parties at a great financial loss to ourselves. There has to be a simple solution whereby any eBook opened out of the Library is directly linked to the Library password and any attempt by a third party to try and open it through links or any other method must require the Library Password. The person using the library should not be inconvenienced through having to enter secondary passwords to secure what in essence is a bug in your system.

I have been a Heyzine user for many years and have actively used your creator. Recently i picked up a problem and have been dealing with Albert Labada trying to resolve a password issue on your eBook Library. There is a bug in your Library section whereby the Password protection can be bypassed by copying the link in the browser and then forwarding the link to anyone and the Password no longer works. Despite several emails and your help section on your portal there seems to be no solution and it now seems Albert is ignoring me as he no longer responds. Please can someone sort this out as it is a bug that affects all your users.

HeyZine provided options that I was looking for in a flipbook, like the ability to download source code. I also appreciate the reasonable cost, since my organization rarely needs to create Flipbooks.

I just discovered heyzine.com the other day, and as I examined their website to see if it was the right fit for me and my training projects, I had a couple questions about "HOW" certain features worked and which pricing plan best fit my needs.

So I wrote and submitted a customer service request. Later I received a bulleted list of topics that answered my questions or pointed toward guides or videos that would address my concerns and help me make an informed decision.

I think it was one of the very best customer service experiences - I have ever had. With others venders - I typically have received short, impersonal, and incomplete responses and they almost suggested that my request was somewhat of a bother.

In contrast this support was detailed, in a user-friendly format, and included what seemed to be a genuine desire to help me.

I was impressed with the software, but even more impressed with the company.

I've tried them all and Heyzine comes out on top for simplicity, functionality and price, Also the customer support from Belén was unequalled.

I searched multiple websites comparing various flipbook creators and was unable to find exactly what I needed. I tested multiples, compared prices, searched features, etc.
I was minutes from settling for the one that offended me the least when I did one last web search and found Heyzine. I'm so glad I did! Not only all the features I wanted but also dramatically cheaper than what I was going to settle for. Terrific product and I hope the designers are proud of what they've put together and continue to work on.

There are several flipbooks applications that I have tried, both on and offline. HeyZine have everything I needed in a flipbook. It is feature rich and a well designed system. The speed has always been good when viewing the books. Support is always fast and reliable. Keep up the good work Heyzine!
