I wanted to have my items shipped to me after I accidentally pushed I would pick the items up and then realized it is in CA and I am in Illinois. I tried to go in and change it to shipping and the HiBid would not allow me to change it to ship to my house. I have tried to call Mojave Collectables but do not get an answer. Can you help me get my items shipped to me???? Please call me 217-494-5986.

I have bid on auctions recently with Wittig Auctions who are some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met. Also bidded with Dave Kelley Auctions, Stemples Auctions, and Nestor's Auctions. They are all great people and great Auctions.

Still waiting for items to be shipped.

The website is not user friendly. I can't save favorite auctions. It is difficult to search for local auctions nearby.

Most of the auctioneers are con artists. Packages are not what you won. The 1& Only - Live and Online are the worst. Selling fake Jellycats as real. No place for reviews. No returns. No morals. Hi bid will do nothing to help. Scammers all of them!!!!!!!!

First time bidding, went great!

I liked the whole bidding experience, searching through the auction(s) for what I want, and the platform layout.

Bidding is easy. For some reason I didn't get a listing of bought items with the total. Had to go through the auction house to get the info.

This auction was a store liquidation. Similar product items were not grouped together chronologically in the listings, which made it confusing to watch the live catalog.

The pickup location was not listed anywhere in the auction info until the auction was over and the invoice was sent. The pickup location was about 45-60 minutes drive away from the listed address for this company.

I won many lots but the company sent me some with some incorrect items.

This auction lacked organization and correct pickup information.

Everything went well , bidding was seamless, pickup was super easy , had an appointment the next morning for pick , upstate auctions had all my items sorted , organized and ready to go , ive been to auctions where this isn't allways the case , upstate auctions were very organized and friendly and professional.

won a blink camera that i thought was new, it was used and unable to be used on my blink system due to it being registered to the previous owner. Blink customer service unable to help so it was a waste of moneyt

Items are always described in detail. Manufacturer photos are shown in addition to the actual item photos which show overall condition. Great people with excellent customer service!

My experience was good, but what I bid on was not what I received. I got two mystery boxes, one said household and one said jewelry. To my surprise when I opened the jewelry one I did not have a stitch of jewelry in it. It was cables and odds and ends.
Other than that the experience was good for first time.

The bidding program worked great and I won my item!

I've used HiBid for years and it is a very easy platform to use.

The auction company, Schrock Family Auction, was extremely helpful in answering questions before auction ended online. This was my first experience with bidding in one of their auctions. I was surprised that auction didn’t begin to end til 9 pm, as others in this area are usually 6:00to 8:00pm for endings. It would be helpful for online auctions to offer a preview(many do). Also, when offering items online, it helps to give measurements in description as pictures are sometimes very deceiving. For items such as rings, shoes, clothing it would be huge help in knowing whether buyer has an interest in bidding if sizes are given. I think this was the company’s first experience in doing online auction, so I’d say that, overall, they did a fantastic job! P.S. I’m still waiting to receive the address of where to pick up items on Saturday. Usually auction companies send invoice & address the following morning after auction ends.

Everything went smoothly and had no issues at many of your auctions

Auction ran very smooth, the only thing that I would recommend from the auctioneer would be to email the settlement. I've had auctioneers send those in the past and it is very helpful for pickup. Other than that everything was great!!

It was very easy to use, and I enjoyed the ability to easily see if I was being outbid. The live auction and staggered closing time was also fun for some bidding wars/competition! I did find the website a bit glitchy (accessing on my phone) when it came to boggling between the red and green items on the my bids page. Sometimes the numbers would disappear when navigating between the filters.

It is very simple and straightforward. Was able to watch and bid with ease. The only problem is when I lose connection but only last less than a minute.
