401k rollover Incompetence
Setup a 401k rollover and had a scheduled call setup a month in advance and received several reminders for me to confirm the rollover call and no one called and then over an hour after the confirmed call was not received I got a survey about the call that never happened and after calling customer several times finally got a callback and then the person who called could not help me or connect me to someone who could.

Capitalize does the legwork for you
I appreciate that you digitally did as much of the transaction as possible. Dealing with Inspira was horrible. Constantly put on hold then disconnected. Inspiria financial is stuck in the past. Thank you for dealing with Inspiria, as I had lost patience with them.

My experience was terrible!
My experience was terrible. I was scheduled to have a call with a representative but it was canceled. I was never informed of the process. I received my rollover check without direction on next steps, which I had to contact SoFi to get. Then a few days later I received a package with the pre-paid envelope. Which was too late because two days earlier I sent the check via FedEx. The was assuming the rollover funds would've been sent directly and didn't understand why they wrecked sent to me and I had too forward to the clearing company. Overall it was confusing and not presented to me and a terrible process
