Customer service is super efficient and kind

This company is an absolute scam.They sent me the wrong item asked me to return it and they would refund me for postage and package.They received the package and refused it and sent it back they are now ignoring all of my emails dishonest company.

Extensions are good quality but the color washes out quickly.

Awful customer service, the manager was laughing at me on the phone I’ve placed an order for a bunch of hair extensions as I had my engagement party soon and needed them, expected to be arriving on time and they never did, when I rang the customer service they told me that they had sent it with Royal Mail, I even physically went to the royal mail warehouse and they advised me that Hickenbrick hasn’t even sent it, they just print the labels. I rang the company again and they asked me to place another order and pay again for an item that it’s lost, and that’s the only solution that they have. When I spoke to the manager he was laughing at my face when I mentioned that i urgently need the hair extensions as my engagement party is on a Friday, and I really need them, they only offered me to pay again for something that has not arrived and he laughed again and hanged up on me. This is unethical and rude! I’m very disappointed, I’ve spent money on a thing that has never arrived and they were expecting me to pay for it again. Basically keep throwing money on products that never arrived. Great scam!!!

WARNING! Their website / online shop is a scam.
Do NOT order anything online from them. I ordered and paid for a hairpiece, DHL never delivered my package, Hickenbick confirmed that it was sent back to them. Despite multiple emails and attempts to get my money back they just started ghosting me. Horrible customer service.

i bought the flip in extensions for my thin hair and I am very pleased with the product, the hair is soft and high quality, application is easy and delivery arrived very fast. All in all the product has an amazing price range and I would recommend Hickenbick Hair :)

This company are scammers and criminals. I bought a product 3 months ago which they never delivered blaming royal mail for it. I have been requesting for a refund that they refuse to issue by providing excuses. These people take your money and dont fulfill orders. Beware of their criminal activity which I have reported to paypal and financial conduct aithorities.

So I’ve worn hair extensions for a very long time I’m giving it 4 out of five because you need a lot of hair and I don’t normally need a lot of hair and normally only need about 20 to 30 strands but these stands of hair are extremely thin. They’re great quality. don’t get me wrong, but you’ve just got to order an awful lot more than you expect so that’s why I’ve given it 4 out of five.
