I absolutely love my real hair scrunchie. Makes my natural hair look so much better whilst in a bun.

Last night I was thinking about having my hair colour. But first checked if that colour was available. It's wasn't so im definitely sticking with what I have.

I purchased a 100% Echthaar Remi hair ponytail advertised as luxury quality (45cm). The item I received was thin, tangled, and clearly not Remi hair, which is very disappointing. I attempted to return it, but the seller refused because I removed it from the packaging, despite the product being misrepresented. I hope the company reviews their quality standards and return policy to better support customers.

Nice hair, but unfortunately totally wrong color compared to picture.

Wig is very nice. Looks good and quality is as expected. However, package it came in was not well packed, and was a bit broken. Furthermore, the box for the wig also have a "cheap" feel to it, and did not close completely around the wig. I would expect more from an expensive wig, and it also does not give a good first impression of the product.

Nice hair quality, thin wefts that sit nice on head. Would recommend two packages for thickness

First time ordering from Hickenbick and I'm disappointed to be honest. I ordered 22in seamless clip in set and for the price of them, I won't be ordering again. 120g isn't enough for a set of clip ins and when I used my hair straightener, some strands melted onto it, indicates to me that a synthetic filler is being used but claims 100% human hair.

Scam! Do not buy hair here!
this company DELETES BAD REVIEWS!!!! My review, here was DELETED even though it is TRUE AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FOR THE FAKE HAIR!

I bought 2 packets of hair extensions 17.3.2025 the quality was terrible, hair became unbrushable after 2 weeks, the hair strands looked like broken old hairs, the amounts of hair fall was unbearable 💔 😢
I emailed 📧 the company several times with only 1 email answered & no solution.
So this morning, I visited the salon in Dietikon in person. Their response was the hair salon has nothing to do with online orders and they can't help me.

I left with the same hair from them - tangled looking like hay.
I spent 600 chf for this.......disappointment

Order was easy to make and came in a timely manner. Products for extension removal are good, but the flip-in extension isn’t great. The best it can do is add a bit of volume but certainly doesn’t work to add length. It isn’t also very stable unless you’re an expert at manipulating them and even so, it comes with some serious limitations (hair styles)

Never received my order. The company keeps providing a Royal mail tracking number that says that they are expecting the parcel from the sender. I presume it's never been sent, looks like a scam. Going to open a dispute with Paypal.

Received my human hair scrunchie 2 days ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with it, a fabulous product and well worth the money for the high quality. Have only been wearing it for a couple of days and already receiving compliments, one from a complete stranger. These scrunchies will be part of my life for as long as Hickenbick continue making them. Will shortly be ordering another so will always have a spare one on standby. Thanks Hickenbick, keep up the great work!

This is great quality hair. I have bought from a number of online stores of varying quality. This hair is so smooth, doesn't mat, works well with heat and blends amazingly.
I will definitely buy from here again.
