Legit fabulous

Had hideme for years and never once had any issues. Connections are laser fast and the dedicated tab for streaming is such a boon. It was my first impulse buy of vpn and it's so good I've never even considered changing.

runs not stable

runs not stable. all two weeks i have to install this new because it starts not automatically.
Helpline just sais i shoud install it new...so f#!k them!
Just waiting until my time is over, than I will change to another VPN provider...
And i am forced to do this trust pilot experiance shit...

Easy to use tool and reliable. Happy customer

Easy to use tool and reliable.
At first, required hide.me for work/commercial requirements.
The accessibility and easy to trial, purchase and set-up was unparalleled.
I was happy with the work experience, I subscribed personally and continue to use daily.
I have been a customer for 2-3 years and continue to use today.
What makes HideMe great.
Easy to use, flexible location/servers and the billing/payment is easy.
Initial trial was also very helpful and a key factor in me purchasing.
Being able to properly road-test the software before was essential. Keep it up.

Easy setup but difficult implementation

Setup and choice of a VPN is easy. However, more and more sites will not work with hide.me, especially most Canadian banks when logging on. Other vendor sites requiring logging in require me to tun off the vpn. I can turn it back on after login.

Thanks for letting us know- if you're on Android, have you tried using the Split Tunneling feature and put the "Android Auto" application in "Bypass VPN" mode, so that it doesn't use the VPN connection?

You can find this feature under Settings\Split Tunneling.
