Auto-start don't work
Since a bit time, the application don't launch itself at start. Asking right elevation. Duno why.
(Update : Support was really fast. Had a goodsolution, explained all, given the linked so don't have to search by myself, great quality of service. The only last point, is to make it works from China on smartphone.)

As for the servers part, we have a large worldwide server presence and are always expanding and upgrading our server fleet to provide you with the best VPN service.
Just recently we had Toronto put under maintenance while upgrading the servers there and we've correctly flagged it in the server list with the maintenance icon and made it temporarily unavailable during that time.
This was also a short downtime for this location and our load balancers distributed the load on nearby servers.
It would help if you would send us the details about your server location's pick, so that we can try replicating this on our end. Easiest by creating a support ticket from within the application itself.

One little hiccup
What makes my experience great is the speed with which Hide.me connects me and handles my work on the internet. My only hiccup in 2 years is that I have to change some other settings to apply this latest update. But I'll get past that with your help desk's help when I can free up some time.
