Communication from HIES is good. Made me feel that should there be a problem, they'd be there to help. Recommended. Best have backup when spending lots with a tradesperson. Thankfully my installer was super.

Zest energy is very good company. If I have a problem with solar panels set-up they are there when I phone to help. Very pleased with them.

We chose this company because they were friendly, local and had good reviews. We can certainly say we were not disappointed. From initial plans to the handing over process Domelec have been easy to communicate with, listening to our requirements during the planning stage, quick to answer queries and effective when resolving the few issues we have encountered. The team have all been really kind and supportive. The solar panels and battery look great and have been really effective so far. One member of the team helped us to connect to the app and talked us through the main features before they left on instillation day. The office team have been very flexible about how we pay and have efficiently done all the necessary paperwork to get the appropriate certificates for our system. I would definitely recommend Domelec if you are considering going solar.

the initial point of contact with Jack the salesman was great. He had all the relevant knowledge and provided information , very professional

electrician / roofers installing panels need a bit more customer facing skills.

Example, men who installed the panels did not even notify me that they finished .. they simply walked away and left the electrician behind.

I got in touch with this organisation at the end of March as I am having lots of issues with a solar installation completed by Effective Home.

I provided HIES with all the information they requested and copies of email correspondence between myself and Effective Home.

I found that HIES did nothing to help my case whatsoever and did not do anything to address my issues with Effective Home .

Giving me a great information about how to save money on electricity bills and how to make a contribution to the environment by reducing carbon dioxide and that exactly what I want saving money on electricity and my house is greener and there products it delivered what they said

This service was offered as part of my Octopus Solar panel and battery installation. HIES emailed me with all the details of the insurance included, this was a great piece of mind as with any large personal investment it is great the know you have some backup.

I am unsure what your company does and what it’s roll is. I vetted the installer through online recommendations. There was no deposit for you to protect. The Installers guarantee was sufficient. Your Customer Support was never required and no dispute resolution either. I see this company as a completely unnecessary addition that we have not needed during this process.

I had a very positive experience of having my solar panels, air heat source pump, ventilation and cavity wall insulation installed. The work was done very professionally and it’s so valuable that the companies that install are regulated by an external organisation and are covered by a warranty
