Avoid this scam website at all costs. They run dodgy promotions and do not give free bets. Their full terms are a total mess and do not mention anything that forbids them from declining your welcome offer. Will be reporting them to gamblingcommission

Felt as if I needed to leave a positive review after my experience, especially after seeing this has some really awful reviews. And yes I'm a real person lol look at my profile been on this for years.
I signed up after seeing the attractive bet £10 get £25 free bets (which is stated quite clearly is 5 x £5 free bets, which I actually quite like.) So I placed a £10 bet, making sure the odds were above 1/1 (2.0). Lucky for me my bet won. I placed a couple bets and cashed out some winnings.
Next day at midday only 12 hours after I won the previous bet I logged on and saw I hadn't got my £25 free bets. I opened the live chat on website, and straight away I was through to a human (love that they don't try to make you talk to a stupid robot, they just put you through to a human straight away) and this lovely person fulfilled the bonus for me and I had my £25 free bets straight away. This is a great bookies. I've used all the big bookies but just like how this place operates! Also regarding cashout I had it in my bank in under 48 hours, and they didn't ask me for any documents, also a big bonus as some bookies have asked for a load of personal info, which feels shady to pass over to some random peeps online lol.

I joined the site. Made my first bet as per the special promotion for new customers. After a few days I noticed the free bet credit was not in my account. I emailed the customer service. Never received a single response. Terrible bookie. Avoid for sure.

Highbet provide an easy to use site. I have access to all my favourite football markets. They also have a huge choice of Slots which is good when I have some extra money to play in the casino. I got 5 £5 free bets when I joined, happy days!

Absolutely shambolic , don’t award your free bets as promised by Shaun wright Phillips would 100% looki into a case here of false advertising and also impossible to get through to customer service I would avoid at all cost as they seem to just be holding on to peoples money

Scammers. I would give less than 0. They never give you the free bets that they promise and their customer service is horrible. The chat doesn't work and if you leave a message they never reply.
They shouldn't be allowed to be on the market.

I've requested 2 withdrawals and after a couple of days of not getting the payment, i got in touch with them.

I was told my payment was late and i would be informed when the payment was processed.
A couple days went by and nothing.

Got in touch again and was told the exact same thing..

After a week went by, got in touch for the third time, and now was surprised with an email requesting documents. I Immediately thought, ''oh that's convenient you're asking me this now after a whole week of not paying me'' But nevertheless did what they asked.

The first email asked for copy of credit card and picture of me holding it.

Next day, another email asking for a picture of me holding my ID (bear in mind my ID was already verified months before when i joined the website)

Next day... another email... asking THE EXACT SAME THING I've sent the day before... no reasoning behind the request.. basically a simple copy of the previous email...

Next day... guess what? ANOTHER EMAIL!
This time it said: '' We need or selfy with passport or a photo of your Driver's license.''
And i was like, what?? is this a joke?? And btw, great English guys, super professional.
Anyway, sent that.

On the same day, ANOTHER. BLOODY. EMAIL.
It said the picture i've sent holding my ID was cropped..

Ok.. after all these requests i went above and beyond to make sure they wouldn't ask me anything again, so instead of just sending 1, i've sent them 2 different pictures of me holding 2 different IDs..
Turns out the one with my passport was slightly cutoff at the bottom, even though all the information was in the picture.. BUT the picture with me holding my Driver's license was absolutely perfect.. so surely they could go with that right??

That's when i realized the people that work at this website were doing these things completely out of spite, due to me complaining to them about the fact they were asking me for all of this and not paying me out..

So now you ask, did i finally get my money?
Nope. Still waiting, while being treated like a mug.

Absolute scumbags. Worst site imaginable, avoid like the plague. They have managed to crash my phone several times, then I can’t login for days at a time because all it says is ‘loading the highbet experience!’ But won’t let me login, it’s ridiculous. The highbet experience, funnily enough, is abysmal. Ontop of the phone situation if I login via any other device I can play a slot for 30 seconds or so then it boots me out to the Home Screen. If I could give less than 1 star I would. F YOU highbet absolute 🔔 🔚s. Scamming, scheming, scum.

Opened an account in Sept 2023 and after winning a bet they close my account and tried to confiscate my funds, for no apparent reason.

I had to go to IBAS in which then they decided not to contest the case and was finally paid March 2024, all for a measly 70 pounds.

Stay far away, as you can see from the below reviews. They will be go under within the next few years

As others have said, avoid like the plague, blurry pics nonsense giving you the run-around, joke of an outfit, avoid.

Scam of a betting site. Treat customers like criminals asking for photos of customers holding their ID and payment card. Don’t want to pay out. They’ll ask for photos of bank cards that are even long expired, and if you can’t provide that then you need to get a letter from your bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would be zero stars if I could!

An amateur website with poor service. Unbelievably get charged to deposit money then can hardly place a bet and Customer Service a joke.

Does the bookie understand that if getting hold of winnings is a very difficult task even similar to mission impossible, everything becomes meaningless to bettors. This bookie acted to a state not only exploited its position, my experience is that they abuse their customers. On requesting a withdrawal, they requested a picture of myself holding both the id and the credit card which I made the deposit, with all 4 corners of the card shown. I have ever experienced to hold the ID, what is the point of hold both? Highbet, if you don't want to see people leaving your site with some money in the pocket, you may wind yourself down early, it is a waste of time to run the business, such bookie has no future.
