Shocking , signed up deposited 1 hour later still no deposit showing , only way to contact is to email , I guess its a scam company trying to rip people off

Edit deposit was eventually done , whole deposit not one single win , bonus spins x50 issued , and won a pitiful amount.

Highbet does offer good choices and range of markets on its sportsbook. I'm not interested in the casino side of any online bookie. The verification process was simple upload documents and withdrawal was processed and in my bank all within 5 hours. Only downside is the unnecessary restrictions placed on account.

i had to message 3 times to get my welcome bonus and then the slots were poor and didnt pay out a penny. i play slots often so am used to both winning and losing. these slots seemed rigged and just wipped through the spins in record time. there were no bonus’ close shaves or near misses and the experience was unenjoyable. stupidly i went for a promotion… deposit and play £30 on any slot and get 60 free spins (2x30). it wipped through my £30 in under 5mins, again with no bonuses, wins or action. the only win was for about 40p which obiously was spun again… i dont mind losing as long as i enjoy the game but this slot was totally unenjoyable and it felt like i had chucked £30 down the toilet. it took 36hrs to get my first 30 free spjns which won just over £1.
the winnings didnt go into my account or even show in the bank roll…. i messged customer service but nothing was done and no timeline was given… when the second lot of 30 spins finally came (over 2hrs again) they did the same… they were gone in 5mins and again payed out nothing… so £30 and 60 free spins had 2/3 wins in total adding up to about £2.50….
but again they didnt appear in my account. so after £30 and 60 free spins (total time to complete under 10mins) i had only won 2/3 time…. do the maths!!! but even the paltry amount of £2.50 didnymmtj
3 days later… still no winnings… these guys are con artists and should be struck off any gambling sites…

I have never come across a more incompetent untrustworthy site in my decades of gambling.
It's almost astonishing how bad they are.
They constantly tell you that you didn't qualify or didn't opt in, yes they actually tell lies until you send these morons proof and then they back pedal and credit you what you are owed.
This was there last chance, I'm happy to never bet with them again, it's just intolerable dealing with these people.
Their promotions are awful anyway.. more than happy to use a more professional outfit that credits you your free bets ect once qualified and criteria met ect..
I urge everybody to not risk using this company its just one constant headache

Wouldn’t even give 1 star but have too. Worst site I’ve ever used in my 10 plus years betting online. Terrible customer service. Would be surprised if actually chatting to a real person on the online chat. Responses feel very AI generated and no personal touch. If you want a bonus avoid this site like the plague. No bonus offered on my account despite depositing a substantial amount (approximately £700 and ZERO bonus offered/received). I find the FAQ section particularly interesting.

Question: “How can I get my 100% match up bonus?”

Response: “The 100% matchup bonus is something that highbet offers to all its new Casino registered players. To claim this bonus all you need to do is make your first deposit of a minimum of $10.”

Clearly NO reference to any opt in here in the response. I have made a deposit and so should get a bonus like the above states. The above response is entirely misleading and provides false information.

Further question: “I received a bonus on my deposit but I didn`t ask for it, why did you add it?”

Response: “Any bonuses added to your account are usually added automatically if a promotion is running during that period. It may also have been credited to your account by your Personal Account Manager either following a personal bonus offer or as a thank you gesture for your continued loyalty to us here at highbet. If you do not wish to take advantage of the bonus offer please do not play with the deposit and bonus funds at all and contact us straight away.”

Clearly the question itself implies NO opt in is required to receive a bonus (i.e. got a bonus I didn’t ask for, why did you add it!). Thank you gesture bonus for loyalty. Must be a very high bar as clearly depositing a substantial amount (receiving no other bonuses) goes no way to showing any loyalty. The response clearly demonstrates the site can offer personal and good gesture bonuses if they so choose. Clearly not in my instance!!!

Not satifised one bit with the responses provided to the various points I’ve raised in numerous e-mails. Either ignore points or repeat previous unsatisfactory responses that don’t address issues. Responses are very frustrating and patronising and not what you would expect from a customer service department. The saying a customer is always right is DEFINITELY not relevant here. Quite the opposite I’d say.

The High Bet response to my initial review included; “Please reach out to our support team directly, and include your account details so we can investigate and try to make things right”.
I reached out further to High Bet as per the above and set out more points including reference to the above FAQ responses. What an absolute waste of my time. They did the completely opposite to make things right. Just provided me with similar responses and contradicted the responses to the FAQ.

Since joined another site and deposited £100 (£600 less than on High Bet) and received a £50 bonus. So received £50 more bonus despite depositing significantly lower amount. High Bet are clearly not competitive with other sites. Far from it in fact. Avoid at all costs is my overall view. Genuinely baffled by this sites stance on bonuses. Never come across anything like this before.

So I opened an account, received an email stating I was ID verified. I was allowed to deposit, and then, client locked.

So basically they’ve scammed my money, which I now have to wait to dispute with my bank to get my funds.

Don’t be gullible and take notice of there 5* reviews which happen to be from people who have only left one review. Obviously they are fake.

Basically they con you, i signed up for their introductory offer of £30 free bets, met all the criteria, but did not get my bonus, so contacted then, they tried to claim the odds on my bet was not high enough to qualify, i proved to them very easily this was not the case, they then tried to claim i did not opt in to the offer, again another lie on their part, i had screen shots to prove i had opted in, but they are still not paying the introductory offer, its only a small amount but i hate liars and con men, so am going to be reporting them to trading standards and the gambling commission.

Put in $200, won $0. Got a few free spins, won $0. Didn't get the first cashback of $12 because what do you know U gotta deposit more to get the cashback.. been playing online gambling for a while on different sites and I can happily say you guys are a scam.

So far so good... I used to play with Highbet regularly but was nervous when they were changed ownership and didn't play much. After a long break I've come back and shocked to win £3000! This is an enormous win for me as I've not been a huge player on the site for a while. I'm a bit nervous about the other reviews on this site so won't get my hopes up just yet incase there's an issue further down the line. I'll update my review and hopefully give a 5 star beaming one once I receive my money!

First i worried these reviews were exaggerated but i followed term conditions to a tee made bet at 2.0 lost my bet and got NO FREE BETS, just a scam advert spoke to camila on live chat and got no where never has this type of issue with any betting site before worst of em all.

Ended up getting free bets but the terms changed. Meant to be one £10 free bet singleplus one £20 double but got 3 £10 on a 4plus multi with max payout of £60.... id still avoid this place

UPDATE: 6 days after the date I posted my review and 3 days after Highbet responded to my review advising that they are looking into it, I have still not received any further form of communication…

Opened an account about 3 weeks ago (272611975) and deposited approx £275. The money was taken from my bank but wasn’t added to my balance. There is also no record of the transaction in my Highbet account.

I’ve emailed their customer support team several times over the last few weeks and have received no response. It appears other people have had the same experience based on their trustpilot reviews.

I’m now having to contact my bank to try and get the money back through them as Highbet just ignore me. Avoid this site. I will also be reporting them to the gambling commission.

Have been waiting for a free bet since last Saturday (31 May). No sign of it. Contacted customer support on 02 June. Somebody supposed to email me back. No email. Contacted them via email on 04 Jun. No reply. Tried again today. Not hopeful of ever getting a reply. Avoid.

You can see the reply from Highbet. So, I contacted them again on live chat. I attached the screenshot of this review and reply. Guess what? Clara: "I do understand the frustration, but we need some more time......." Etc, etc. Absolute joke.

Don’t bother, I signed up, put my drivers license in, never told me how many forms of identification was needed, so did my passport but was told it was a duplicate name to my 1st Identification and wasn’t accepted, I’m still a bit confused by it all
