You say the bet was suspended before it started this is false.
I have screen shots showing i was cancelled after everything had won.
Meaning if it lost you would of took the money.
So you should of paid out the money.
Your website does not have a live chat when you try to contact it sends you to an email which no one replies to.
Next none of the below explains anything about the £500 that got took out of my account but didn't go in my betting account and hasn't been returned.
Yes you refunded the other amount but the 500 that got took from my monzo account but didn't hit my betting account hasn't been returned.
Be careful with this betting company.
If anything does go wrong they are very difficult to get a hold of had 0 emails or explanation till now on trust pilot. Which is a red flag in itself.

My money is just...gone! No response! UPDATED
I have been using Highbet for a little while now without issue. However, early this morning, I deposited close to £60, received a message saying "deposit successful", but the balance didn't update. I checked my bank account, and the money has been taken, but nothing in my Highbet account. I also noticed that their live support is gone. I have sent 2 messages via their website plus and email to their "info" address, and nothing. There is no log of the transaction either and I cannot claim this back from my bank. This is unacceptable - I want my money back.
Everything was resolved and since my initial complaint, it does appear that comms have improved. It's only fair that I update the review to reflect this.
