This company has made excuse after excuse to prevent paying my withdrawal. I have made countless appeals to get my money back, without success. They are a bunch of scammers, liars and thieves. Under NO circumstances should you open an account with them. They will stop at nothing to prevent paying you and extremely untrustworthy. Yes, the standard answer of contacting out customer services AGAIN. They have been contacted a number of times, but my requests are ignored.

Opened a new account, deposited £100 , which left my bank immediately, however no money was ever credited to my account, spoke to hugh on live chat and they immediately closed my account and have kept my money, this are SCAMMERS and have been reported as such AVOID

Do not open an account with these cowboys. Welcome offer said bet 10 pounds and if lose receive a 20 pounds free bet. Well surprise surprise bet lost and they haven’t honoured the free bet. Customer service say same thing: currently with promotions team etc we will be in touch. If I was David Haye I’d be embarrassed to be associated with these numpties. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother signing up with high bet. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to joining.
