Simply amazing commuication, with all staff

First time hiring a vehicle from this company, couldn't recommend enough from the customer service, hand over team and customer help line. Had a couple of issues with maintaining machines and returning which were efficiently resolved. Great company will most definitely be using again in the near future. Such a helpful team with local collections and returns

The machine etc was perfect for what we needed , think communication skills could be better.
Arranged to pick the machine up at 9am , still sat waiting at 9.30am , eventually got throughout to speak to someone to be told no one was meeting me because I had hired off them before and could do a virtual collection via a link .
I’d had no email stating a virtual collection email/ message or a link to do this , to which the operator hung up , 10 mins later a link was sent to me .
We will still use this company in the future because the concept and ease of hiring and using the machine suits our company but please in future can you either send the link prior to pick up and inform us of the arrangements.

Steph was very helpful at the end of the phone to answer any queries I had regarding the collection and drop-off process. I found the whole process of hiring the cherry picker straightforward with her help. technical support during the hire period was also excellent, also over the phone. Incredibly affordable access hire.

Always very good to hire from. I had to change the tire three times for longer periods and it was no problem at all to the team very friendly and always very helpful. I’ve hired from this company in the past and will continue to do something in the future very happy with their service.

An all-round helpful company and team of people. The Machine was pretty easy to operate once you understood the safety mechanisms (at one point I was trying to retract the stabilizers with the driver’s door open (doh)). Everything was explained during the handover and there are also helpful videos which you get links to.
I was cutting down an 18 Metre high tree, which was growing over my boundary and was close to a Greenhouse so needed to be managed carefully. The flexibility and stability of the machine made this an easy task. The controls are relatively simple and the key piece of advice to go slow at first, was in my experience, exactly right.

What a fantastic service and so simple! from start to finish they were really good, I dealt with Paul who was very helpful, got me exactly what I wanted, great price and easy to pay, the chap who met me to go through the machine was really good and knew his stuff, the machine was easy to pick up and drop off, very clean and everything worked, what more can you ask for. the job was say to do using this picker and I have to say I would recumbent this over any scaffold or access platform, much easier and much cheaper option. Fantastic!

Everything was perfect, Emma G in the booking office was superb and Ben H who did the hand over was also excellent, the vehicle it self was fantastic, clean, without issues and perfect for the job at hand!

Easy and efficient booking system, everybody i spoke to were helpful and courteous .
The cherry picker was great and made our job easy to undertake and be done safely,the machine was so stable.
I will be hiring again from a very professional company.

Having used Height for hire twice now, I have to say that from booking, to returning is exactly how it should be! Very easy to book via website, I needed to change pick up time which Emma G was extremely helpful with could not fault her attitude and customer service. Was fully instructed at pick up and vehicle was the perfect option for us, return straight forward and very smooth. Whole experience faultless and would use again without hesitation.
