They’re deceptive

They’re deceptive and not good at being a retailer!

I ordered a chair for my office from them. Their website said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

After 6 weeks had passed, I reached out to them. Their response was that it would actually be 4 months! They went on to say that they would have to manually update their website and that was hard because they’re a small team.

What a lame excuse.

Return policy should be revised

I purchased 2 nightstands and a dresser. It came within the time frame. However, there were dents in the dresser and in one of the nightstands. I contacted customer service but they dont offer exchange snd to return you need to pay the shipping fee and 20% restocking fee with it will cost about 1/2 of the full price you paid for the furniture. They have good stuff but for an online service they are not flexible at all. I will not buy from them anymore.

Disappointed Decorator

I am a decorator and I purchased a sofa from this company. Not only would they not let me return it (I work with many companies such as CB2 that allow returns) but also I paid for white glove delivery and they damaged my door and would not pay for the repair of the damage nor would they refund the cost $199 white glove delivery fee. Take my advice as a decorator, do NOT purchase furniture or anything else from this company. They don't stand behind their products or their services.

The order I placed in the beginning of…

The order I placed in the beginning of October 2023 was not fulfilled as of end of May 2024. Every time I contacted their support I was told that it is a custom order and this is why it takes more time to fulfill. By that time, I was relocated to another country and their support refused in refunding or cancelling my order. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. I do not recommend buying anything from them

Dishonest company - laminate instead of concrete

Dishonest company. Listed a table we bought from them as having a concrete top, with material being concrete... when we received the table, the material was actually wood covered with laminate. Absolutely shocking how misleading the advertising of this item was on their website. We sent the item back as soon as we received it. They should be ashamed of themselves to deal with dishonest suppliers.

This company borders on being a scam

This company borders on being a scam. They appear to be a dropshipper masquerading as a legit furniture company. I ordered a side table from this company in November 2021 with estimated delivery in February 2022. I received notice to schedule delivery via CEVA logistics and had to take time off work to be home for the wide delivery window. The day before delivery, I receive notice delivery is canceled because the logistics company never received the item from the manufacturer despite High Fashion Home representatives asking me to schedule a delivery time.

The company then claims the item is lost. Then they claim the item is out of stock and ask if I want to wait for the item. I naively agreed since I wanted to receive what I paid for. Months pass with constant emails to the company that go unanswered or receive a non-response. I finally hear from the company that the item is back in stock and ready for delivery in September. I'm sent a link via CEVA logistics to schedule delivery. Delivery day comes and goes. No sign of the item or delivery company. I check the item tracker and CEVA falsely claimed that delivery was refused.

Honestly this company is a joke. Worst customer service experience. We moved into our home over a year ago and this is the only piece of furniture we are still waiting on; every other furniture company we dealt with was able to deliver. But not High Fashion Home. Don't waste your time and money.

HORRIBLE experience and company

The worst experience I've EVER had with a furniture company. They sell overpriced furniture, charge an outrageous price for delivery and then they outsource delivery to a company that can't even deliver a bed! And when you contact High Fashion Home, they tell you it's YOUR fault because you should've measured EVERY ASPECT OF THE DELIVERY! TRUE SCAM of a company!

High Fashion Does Not Care About Customers

I purchased an item from High Fashion Home. The image viewed online to make the purchase differed significantly from what we received at home. We purchased the athena cocktail table. The one we received is a solid grey while the pictured one is a cream color with grey tones.

They reached out to the manufacturer for review of our complaint. The response to our request for a refund or exchange was "the images on the website will vary as well as the products themselves". They ultimately decline our claim without offering a resolution. Unfortunately, we are stuck with a pricey item that does not align with the vision of our living area.

Terrible communication with their…

Terrible communication with their customers. Just purchased a bed frame and on the website it says 12-14 weeks. So the bed is paid for but no clue where it is. Also, I'm now being told that is an estimate and they really have NO clue as to when my bed will be shipped to our NEW HOME! Be careful and ask all questions before any purchase. I recommend calling and not just taking easy route by clicking buy on their site. They are hoping you do this because they will be unable to give any kind of answer
