Highgrove Gardens & Shop Reviews 

Ordered some Highgrove Tea (again) and it came very quickly with confirmation emails. The tea is for my Japanese partner and her family who all love it.

The variety and quality of goods
is excellent. They are always well packaged. Staff are helpful
if there are any queries and delivery is always on time.

We had a lovely tour of the gardens at a different time of the year to our previous visit. The guide was good but a little too quiet.. the food options in resturaunt were poor. We would have liked a lunch instead of cakes

We had a most enjoyable garden tour at the behest of our gifted tour guide, I believe his name was Matt. His unbridled sense of humour yet utterly inoffensive delivery left us in states of laughter at every turn. He was absolutly informed and answered all questions with knowledge and understanding.

My mom has always wanted something from Highgrove but traveling overseas would be difficult for her. I placed the order for the ultimate birthday gift! The ordering process was easy to use. The status updates were great and the shipping was mind blowing. My order arrived at my house in Texas in less than a week from placing the order. The staff and guides at Highgrove were friendly, efficient and made the day a joy. I would recommend a visit to Highgrove to anyone wanting a lively day out and I can’t wait to return in April to see the spring bulbs, azaleas and rhododendrons in flower.

Here in Alaska it usually takes quite a long time for packages to arrive. I must say the several times we have ordered from Highgrove the delivery has been exceptionally good, even speedy for us. The several different items we ordered from the Shop have been really good quality, yummy biscuits, teas, jams and chocolates. Gift baskets are really a lovely gift to give we love them. Customer service is very good. We received a broken cup, and it was immediately replaced no questions asked. Great merchandise…great service.

Product as described and very well presented. Bought as a present so at this point in time I cannot talk about the taste. Delivered well packed and in good condition.

We enjoyed our trip to Highgrove in 2025 so much we came back again this year. All the staff are so polite and helpful .... a credit to Highgrove!
