First class service and goods!
It is always a pleasure to deal with Roberta. Nothing is too much trouble, she always responds quickly to texts and emails and is very professional whilst remaining very welcoming and friendly.
The quality of the preloved goods is high, most recently I purchased 2 handbags and I couldn't be more delighted with them. I can honestly say HHH is the first place I go to when I am looking to purchase as I know I can be assured of good quality, authenticity, combined with a fair price.

If you’re looking to sell your items I would not recommend. I brought 3 pairs of designer heels in to sell, as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome and as if she was judging me and looking at me like how I’d afford the shoes I brought. I showed the heels and they said they’ll need to keep them to check if they was genuine so I left them and came back to the next day to get a price. She wanted brand new heels for next to nothing less then half the price I paid, I told her there very expensive and over £1000 but she wanted to buy them cheap so I wouldn’t sell them to her when I declined she got very rude and made me feel even more unwelcome then the day before they also damaged one of the heels and then further said the damage was already there when it wasn’t. I later sold my shoes for the prices she said I’d never sell for. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL WANT YOUR ITEMS WAY TO CHEAP THEN WHAT THEY ARE WORTH

Thank you for this review even though it’s a complete fabrication. In other words, the whole thing is a lie.
I can’t recall your account of events and I genuinely have no idea who you are but it is clear that you have a grudge.
I wish you had shared your experience sooner, You state the incident happened on the 11th of September, which was over 2 months ago.
I would like to address the most important part of your claim: that we damaged your item.
I can categorically state that we have NEVER damaged any item that has ever been left with us for a quote or otherwise. It also begs the question, why would you not contact us or let us know at the time that your item was damaged?
Because it has never happened, you have made it all up.
I am not even going to entertain your other malicious statements but I can assure you we treat every single customer who comes through our door with curtesy and respect.
It appears you have an agenda and possibly carry a massive chip on your shoulder, I hope leaving this review somehow makes you feel a little better about yourself.
I take pride in our customer service but I am not going to accept a blatant lie.
I don’t remember you or your ‘very expensive’ shoes but I’m so pleased we did not end up doing business and I am confident we never will.

No compassion
No compassion. Refused refund due to late return as a result of emergency surgery. The returns policy of 3 days is unrealistic and does not allow for accidents and emergencies.
Extremely disappointed and will never use again and advise my family and friends not to either.

I did accept your return. Our return policy states 14 days, however we ask to be informed within 3 days of receiving an item if you wish to return. This is due to the fact that most of our items are second-hand and sold on behalf of private clients.
Despite you not adhering to our return policy, I did accept your return. As I understand, Your item is in the process of being returned, yet you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review.
