Bought beautiful shoes, everything went smoothly, size proved an issue, they refused to offer an exchange option or refund to customers from Europe. Our payment went right in though..

Our terms and conditions clearly state that we do not accept international returns.
We accept returns from the UK with no questions asked but we do NOT accept from outside the UK. This is due to numerous issues we have experienced in the past with international returns.
When you decide to make a purchase from our website you must agree to our terms and conditions, and this is accepted by all of our clients.
