Michael, Lewis and Nicky came to install fibre at our house today. They explained exactly what they were doing and left everything as they found it. We were a bit worried about this previously as we were aware holes and trenches would need to be dug as part of the installation. Super friendly and our two pooches even got a wee fuss too!

After a few initial problem, Highland Broadband sort those out very efficiently, & very quickly.
Now my Internet speed is great, no more waiting minutes for items to download, they are downloaded in seconds.. It's hard to beleive i survived with my old provider & with such slow speed.
Highland broadbandvis not only better, its cheaper too..
I just wished I joined up sooner..

I signed up for broadband installation with Highland Broadband through the UK Government’s BDUK voucher scheme in August 2023. Two and a half years later, the installation is still incomplete and my voucher expired.
When the voucher was authorised, we were told the installation would take only a couple of months. Since then we’ve been given multiple revised dates — first January 2024, then April 2024 — but none of these deadlines were met and there has been little to no communication explaining the delays.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency. No one at the company seems able to provide clear answers about the status of the installation or when it will actually be completed.
It’s also disappointing to see the company actively advertising and signing up new customers while existing installations remain unfinished and long-promised timelines continue to slip.
Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating due to repeated delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

I am extremely happy with the service I received today. I called the office and explained my situation to Sam who immediately go onto Matt who sorted out my issue quickly. Both Mike and Steven were very helpfull in setting up the modem and getting the fibre connected.

After some early issues the service has been good.
On two, or more, occasions after installation call centre (s) were inefficient and engineers slow to arrive. Since then there have been few interruptions and for our needs the speed has been good.

Best Internet ive had since switching and hasnt ever failed never knocked off always works better than ee I previously had that never stayed connected.
