When I reported a difficulty getting tracking information,
the company quickly responded with a reassuring text message. Delivery was as promised. It is a test of a firms competence and customer care to respond in the event of problems. HighLoft passed this test with flying colours.

Great Product and great service…
Arrived on time as described the quality was consistent throughout the product it was easy to cut and lay. Found it easier to cut the bags open in the loft (although I have room to stand up in mine) and leave to spread itself out before laying. Spoke to customer services several times and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Only time will tell if the product will do its job but there is no reason why not. Overall a very good experience and a pleasure to deal with.

Whilst there was an initial shortfall in the number of rolls of insulation delivered that was dealt with quickly and without question. The product is simple to install without the discomfort of older style alternatives. Pleased to recommend it to future potential buters.
