Satisfied customer 'eventually'
Original review = 1 star - The order never arrived. I have telephoned, emailed and posted queries on website, but no one has responded. I am still waiting for the delivery or a refund. Date of experience: May 05, 2024
Updated review = 4 stars - The HighLoft customer services team finally got in touch with me. They said my order had been cancelled (not by me) and that they would arrange a replacement. HighLoft also offered me a 30% refund if I would delete my 1 star review on here. The replacement arrived a few days later. However it was 3 meters short. I ordered an 8 meter roll and received a 5 meter one. I got back in touch with HL. They asked me to provide photographic evidence. I was not impressed with this request, because it implied I was lying. Anyway, I took a photo of the roll next to a tape measure. They acknowledged the shortfall and sent another 5 meter roll. They also refunded me 30%. I thought rather than deleting my original 1 star review, it would be more honest and fair to give a full account of the experience.

Insulation material best buy
Reviewed several suppliers but this was the best value for the type of insulation we’re looking for.
Easy to lay without the irritation of other products.
Delivered in the timescale they promised.
Pricing very competitive.

Not happy
Not happy. This is the 3rd time the product wasn't delivered. Thes first order has to be cancelled. This second order still hasn't arrived and it was ordered over 2 weeks ago! Very Poor service!

Dire
Dire. Sent wrong size, ordered 730mm width got 200mm. Asked for insulation to be picked up and refund. No longer replying to emails, about to dispute £300 payment with bank.

Been waiting for a 5th day for delivery. Contacted them yesterday, received email back saying awaiting yodel collection.
Today no change to delivery details.
2-3 days it isn't. Will cancell order.
