Roof Insulation
Ordered roof insulation rolls marketed as 8m long. Actual measurement of rolls supplied was only 7.2m. Contacted High loft to request they fulfilled supply of the full amount paid for. Still waiting a response.

Crap product and crap customer service :(
Purchased the polyester ball fibre stuffing and it was awful, not like the description or the picture. I emailed with photos and asked for a refund, a fella called to say he would look into it and get me new stuffing sent out in 2 days and that he would call me back.. I had no call back and no stuffing, I emailed again.. but nothing, no new stuffing and no refund.
Awful company, I'm suprised at the good reviews.. I certainly would not recommend this company.
I'm now stuck with 10kg of crap stuffing I cant use and am at a loss, I had to buy some good stuffing from another company af a higher price.
