I have given it 4* because this is not really the case of a company going the 'extra mile' but simply prompt delivery at a good price.

Had a minor problem with the website , phoned up expecting to have the usual long wait , but was answered straightaway. Really helpful and did the order over the phone . Order dispatched promptly and kept up to date on delivery . 5 stars !

I was quoted 1-2 day’s delivery. My order didn’t arrive at stated
Time when it arrived only part of the order was delivered when I rand up I was refunded 5% to compensate told it would all be felt next day . Next day still not arrived. Waited till next day rang again a very helpful lady sorted out the problem and it is supposed to be here today. I have had to cancel the people who were laying it for me and now don’t know when they can do the work . I am a pensioner so keeping my house warm is important to me also saving on heating bills .

Great easy to use and good tech support 👏

My delivery was delayed due to the courier’s not being able to get the package in to my usual delivery chap’s vehicle.
I called Hi Loft and they sorted out the problem.
The insulation was excellent quality and well packaged.
It’s now reposing in splendour in the loft and I am a very happy fellow.

I only needed 5 rolls which is a small order in the grand scheme of loft insulations but the order was processed quickly. I was informed of ship date, tracking details and my order arrived in a few days.
Liked the idea it was recycled material, it’s great to work with and doesn’t leave you scratching for days afterwards.
Would definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family.

Seems as though the right hand is not in "sync" with the left hand, ordering is straightforward and helpful... delivery promised is woeful, and actually communication is inadequate, not withstanding misleading...yes the items arrived eventually, albeit late, but yes the product is as other reviews have attested hassle free to lay, I would have rated this review higher but on "quoted" delivery and updates from High Loft...NO
