Everything was OK fast delivery only problem was because i ordered over the weekend and ordered 7 rolls Amazon at to make 7 delivery tickets which they couldn't cope with and when you went to track it it would say ticket cancelled making you think the order was cancelled but it was Just Amazon being Amazon when I rung up Highloft a nice lady I belive was called Leonie sorted Everything out thanks p.s sorry if I got the ladies name wrong

Late delivery
It's been 3 business days since the product has been dispatched and it has not arrived which has caused subsequent issues with my build. I'm very annoyed as customer services confirmed it would be delivered in time when I bothered to question the time scales their website claims, 1 or 2 days. The delivery was key for my project. However, that being said customer services was always responsive to my messages and they provided me with a full refund. So I feel they are a decent company let down by their delivery firm on this occasion.

Great product. Great company!
Very efficient company providing an excellent product. My HighLoft insulation arrived the day after placing the order! All fitted now, and so easy to lay and cut to size... and no itching or sneezing while I fitted it!

A good firm selling an excellent product. Not cheap butbetter value than other sources. A small problem sorted out by a very good customer services was the courier service,creating confusion. Would use again

Great product, price ok, speedy delivery. Service of the very highest.
Only minor gripe is they could mark each roll better, so it says properly the length, width etc. That's a minor issue as most buyers buy only one type - I had 5 different rolls arrive - to trial - but hand-written felt marking a bit random and coded/abbreviated.

Great product, light and easy to handle. Can be trimmed to length with knife or even scissors. No irritating fibres.
