The customer Service is wonderful very helpful. Had to return some boots that did not fit my foot properly and they were very helpful. I was able to order a new pair of shoes. I have been with hike for now maybe 3 years. The shoe is awesome. I have injuries to my feet which caused problems with other styles of shoes, but the hike seems to answer the problems and the comfort is awesome.

I ordered two pair of shoes and they…are so tight
I ordered two pair of shoes and they said to order the next size up. I ordered a 10 10 1/2 and they are so tight in the toes that my toe hit the top of them. I paid $70 a pair or 60. I’m not sure and I would never order them again and I would never recommend anybody to order them.

Does not honor return policy
I purchased a pair of shoes about a year ago and I love them. I wanted to buy two more pair. Unfortunately, these pair of shoes did not fit my feet. So I wanted to return them. I started a return and got some kind of AI response but no explanation of how to make a return. It took 2 weeks and they had not responded to me. So I contacted them again. I purchased two pair of shoes and they offered to send me one free pair of shoes if I paid $9.99 shipping. I just want to return my shoes and get a refund. This feels like a scam. I thought hike shoes might be my go-to shoes but I was completely wrong. Do not buy from this company unless you're absolutely sure you're going to keep these shoes.

Best shoes ever!!!
I have had feet issues all my life and even had special made inserts to try and help my constant foot pain. But ever since I've tried Hike shoes I dont have the constant burning and pain. I 6 pairs and they are all I wear.
I am 59 and im a 911 dispatcher and correctional officer, we work 12 hr shifts and I have no more trouble getting through my shifts. Love these shoes only wish I had them when I was younger.

As I previously said, the shoes did not work for me so I want to return them. They were shipped poorly wrapped without any information inside except the shoes. No paperwork at all. Makes it tricky to return them! Maybe that’s your intention??

Super comfy and nice presentation bag
Super comfy and nice presentation bag. Good for my foot shape, no problem for my Morton’s toe (second toe longer than big toe). BUT Not tough or long lasting and not suitable for what I’d call hiking . Sole is flimsy, not sturdy or grippy . I’ve only had them for 3 months , worn them locally around town . The sole is already both wearing through and coming apart from the upper. It’s a shame , they’re very comfortable, but don’t last long at all and I can’t justify buying another pair so soon.

I like the way the shoes feel and fit
I like the way the shoes feel and fit. I especially liked the slip on and slip off feature, but since the inner soles come loose and bunch up taking them off you have to bend down and fix them every time. So that feature is moot, and aggravating.

I LOVE these shoes, BUT
I LOVE these shoes. I feel like they have helped my balance tremendously! I’ve purchased several pairs in different colors. Sadly, though, they are failing to last long at all. The first pair blew out less than 5 months after purchase, causing a tripping hazard. Second pair, not even 2 months. After wearing my third pair just 6 times, the tread on the bottom near big toe gave out, the same place each time two right shoes, one left. So that’s 3 pair out of 5. I don’t doubt those other two pairs will fail after I wear them a few more times. This is really disappointing. Save your money. I’ll continue to look for a minimalist shoe that is better made.
