Not as comfortable as I hoping for.

I saw the ad and was hoping they were supportive & would alleviate pain. I ordered a pair. I read they ran small so I went up a size. When they arrived they were still too small. I reached out for a return ( which they advertised as free) and they offered me to keep the pair that was too small, but a discount on a second pair. I agreed. Once I ordered they would NOT add insoles (which are NECESSARY) to the discount order. I guess I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 since they at least respond and the shoes are decent quality.

I never had ordered shoes online but when I saw an ad for hike balance, I had to try to get a pair and try them for myself. Oh man. I see the difference in the way I walk and how I feel when I walk in them. I play disc golf and I felt a huge difference. Normally after two rounds of disc golf, I would be hobbling off the course and carrying my disc golf bag. Now, I am feeling more relaxed and my game has been good. They are really comfortable shoes.

I have emailed 8 times asking for return address. Both my husband and my shoes are to small! Shoes are too small no high arch support not orthopedic shoes. Says free returns but was delivered at 4;53 am that’s crazy. I don’t care if have pay shipping back to them just want my money back! These shoes were supposed to support our sciatic nerve pain? Big no can’t wear them inside house no help!

Shoes arrived and are of the worst possible quality. Cheaply made with absolutely no support. The company refused to pay return shipping when I provided photos of the defects in the soles even though they say if defective they will pay return shipping. Instead they turned a blind eye to the photos and claimed they couldn't see the obvious defects. They are dishonest and there is absolutely nothing Orthopedic about the shoes as they claim. They are not high quality as they claim. This company is a scam and also refused to refund me when requested. Do not purchase, I made a huge mistake. They scammed me.

These cheap, low quality shoes. They lead you to believe that you can return them for free if you are unhappy. However, what they don't tell you is you have to pay the return shipping. Their shoes come from their "international warehouse" as they like to call it. This warehouse is located in a town called Yiwu, which is in China. I imagine the shipping would probably cost about as much as I paid for the shoes. Better off just dropping them in the Goodwill container and write it off as a loss. Lesson learned the hard way.

Received my shoes in a timely manner. They fit perfectly to size. I wore them to work. I am on my feet usually 8 hours a day. I'm 70 years old and foot pain is no fun. With these shoes I had none. They are all the say they are and I got compliments on how they look. Also they are no slip which when you work in a kitchen is a big plus. Thank you so very much.

We have an upcoming trip this summer and we're looking for for sturdy, water shedding shoes with good tread. We are 60 + years old and need good structure. We are wearing them around the house to break them in! No complaints at all !
