Diamond resolved the issue

Wonderful representative, really appreciate his time, 10/10

This company is beneficial for those who are residing in UK and America.
But I'm glad the agents are really helpful for the customers who dint have any idea of how this company is working, and getting me a refund.
May this service continue and fulfill needs of loyal customers.

Excellent escalation support. When I purchased a product, they signed me up for a subscription without my approval. That is, they used the amount attributed to the product I was interested in as payment for the fee, and nothing about the product itself. I complained to customer service, and they quickly escalated my request to Miss Paula. She assured me that, as an exception, they would refund the amount I paid. I am awaiting a refund.

Got it all sorted very friendly agent
