We have been using Hike since August in our retail florist. We have found it good as it integrates with Xero easily and Mustan has been extremely helpful and patient as we navigate our way through the use of it.

I was looking for a retail POS to address a tax issue that our POS at the time (LightSpeed) wasn't addressing. The process for testing Hike was smooth and the support was great. They always got back to me. That means something.

Hike was able to address my tax issue and provide certain features we did not have as part of our previous POS. Did I mention that they were less pricey?

Parth has been patient and exceptional in helping me address my issues. I am now part of the Hike family.

I really highly recommend Hike software. It gave us all the reports we needed, and the job was done much faster and easier. Additionally, the team is dedicated and professional, especially Mr. Deval. The guy is available 24/7 for our queries, the thing that we really appreciate.

Mustansir and the team at Hike have been fantastic. I was reviewing their software as I was not happy with the features of my current software and I wasn't getting any assistance from them. Hike's software is fantastic and fully featured. I have trialled dozens of POS systems and Hike is the only one that has everything I need. It has an excellent POS screen for selling and the backend is excellent for managing my inventory. The only thing I wasn't happy with was needing to use a bluetooth scanner. I asked Hike if they could configure their system to use a corded USB scanner - and they did! Blown away by their assistance. I am now a Hike customer. Well done Hike!

Hike's support is on point. The software works for us, although sometimes I come across something that isn't 100% perfect for us. For instance we work with card payments only, but Hike's default is cash, and it cannot be removed as a payment option in the app. There's some more minor stuff like that. But overall we are happy.

It was very fast replying and also assisting. I have noticed that Mr. Deval is very helpful on assisting to get immediate update on my request regarding the issue I face on Hike.

I signed on Hike for a client and we had about 6 months worth of data we wanted to bring into the accounts. Deval was so helpful by first reaching out to me to open the line of conversation and making himself available to answer all my questions. His communication and feedback were the best for me. He was always checking in making sure our onboarding was smooth and even helped in selecting the best accounting software to work with HIKE for our business. It was excellent service delivery.

Hike Up is a great software and the support is excellent we never had any big issues anything minor was handled very quickly. Absolutely recommend it.

We just switched over to HIKE from LightSpeed Retail and have been really happy! The workflow is more intuitive and the pricing is better. The best thing about HIKE is their support! Parth helped us get set and answers the (hundreds, haha) of questions I had. We're still navigating the new processes and most of our questions have been answered by the video tutorials. It's always stressful to switch POS systems but the team at HIKE has truly tried to make it as easy as possible.
