Very helpful and great customer support

Was thinking of buying a dining set from another company online but it was the reviews of Hill's that swung it. Thrilled with the quality of the Solana set I ordered and the packaging and deliver was top notch. Can't fault the purchase and the experience with Hill's. Wish more companies wer like this.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us making a choice on new conservatory furniture. We were given a 6 -8 week delivery and it actually arrived on 3.

We were away the week after we purchased our garden furniture so hill's organised the delivery for the following week I had a text with the delivery window and another when they were 20 minutes away delivery men very helpful bringing it in the back gate
Assembly was fairly straightforward
There was an issue with one of the cushions for the stool but we took it back and was given a replacement overall great product and service

Great service - ordered a Lifestyle Garden outdoor dining set on Tuesday. Received a call on Wednesday offering delivery Thursday or Friday. Super fast especially as they’re in Whitstable and we’re in Devon! Opted for yesterday. Table is set up and we’ve already sat outside for a meal! Thank you so much. Will recommend you to everyone 😊

The warehouse was filled with lots of lovely garden furniture. It was hard to pick but after choosing our purchases they were able to give us advice on assembling and looking after the furniture. A delivery was arranged for less than a week and was delivered to the spots in the garden. We are more then happy with the furniture, it is good quality, robust and looks fantastic.

Friendly staff, good customer service. Only had to wait a couple of days for delivery. Delivery went smoothly. Very pleased with the Royal bar set and Bistro set.

We purchased a table with four chairs and a bistro/coffee set. The furniture is fantastic but unfortunately there was an issue with three of the chairs and also a section on the table legs where the screw was not tightening in the thread. I contacted the store and explained the issues. I was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and a delivery was immediately arranged to exchange the table part and chairs. There were certainly no dramas which makes a pleasant change.

The staff in the shop were very helpful, the quality of the garden furniture is excellent it was just what I needed.
I would recommend Hills.
