Before finding this site, I had tried several others, but the responses I received there felt generic and impersonal, clearly AI-generated and offering nothing beyond what was already written on their websites, even when I reached a personal agent.

I actually discovered this site by chance while searching for a specific brand (MMX. I don't know if I can name it here..) as there is not that much reseller from this brand. Mary gave excellent advise, was always available, and followed up throughout the whole process, Even after the purchase, he continued to give me advice and was extremely helpful.

The level of attention and care was remarkable. I received many video. Pdf files. Descriptions.. I genuinely felt like a VIP in a luxury hotel. Every detail was handled with care.

I only wish every online shopping experience could be this personal.I may not be able to buy Mary’s products as often as I buy books, but one thing is certain: my next doll purchase will definitely be from him, without hesitation.

I had two redesigns for the same head and they HLD's staff was more than accomodating as a go-between for myself and JigglyJoy who manufactured the head which came out looking better than I expected. I will definitely get more from them in the future!

Very good customer service! Progress updates every week. When I had something to ask, they answered almost immediately and guided me with everything professionally. They even visited the factory to take some more photos from the doll. First I was hesitating a bit because they're not on TDF but even the manufacturer of the doll recommended Hi Love Doll so I decided to order, and I'm very happy that I did! No worries at all, I highly recommend them!
