I had accidentally entered my age wrong for my profile and I was embarrassed having to correct people and I couldn’t fix it myself, but the help center people very swiftly and kindly fixed it for me! Reading other reviews that had the same experience, yet their customer service try to pass it off as nothing. I created an account and quite quickly had 6 messages waiting to be viewed. You have to subscribe to unlock messages so, with 6 lovely ladies literally queueing up to talk to me I thought why not.
So I pay, now I can start to chat. Or can I? Not one of the people who instigated contact replied to my message..that’s odd. Out of 6..all decided that their initial message and my reply wasn’t for them..something doesn’t add up. Avoid this app. Do not give them money.

I raised the issue with a member of your customer service team who gave me the same generic response that you have. As I can see others on here stating the exact same issue, nothing short of a full refund will suffice. Shame on you hily. I stand by my review and hope it serves as a warning to others to give your sham of an app as wide a birth as possible.

All around a decent app
All around a decent app. The lifetime membership was a good deal for what it is. It can be difficult to maintain, or even have a conversation with people who you match with (not a fault of the company). It's hit or miss like any other app. I do get more interaction on this app than the others, I will say. Also, customer service has been great with handling some issues that were occurring. So I greatly appreciate that.

I paid for a week which is $20 . You get to send 1 message to another individual a day, 2 unblurrs to see who liked you. What a rip off . At $80 a month this is what you give to your customers ? POF offers unlimited for $30 a month but these bzos just want your money. When you use up your unblurrs they will have a screen come when you tap on someone that offers more for $20 again . Like really????
I have received one message and starting to think scam as I responded and no response . It gives you profiles way put of area and there aren't that many options in my area, probably because they charge such an absorbent amount of money for very little services. Do better hily !
