Very bad experience, do not use.
First and foremost, I received the wrong pair of shoes, forcing me to invest additional time and money in arranging the return—assuming responsibility for an error that originated solely with Hipercalzado.
Furthermore, their customer service proved to be extremely disappointing: it operates asynchronously, lacks any personal touch, and is thoroughly impractical, making both communication and timely resolution of the issue exceptionally difficult.
To make matters worse, the product I originally ordered was not even in stock. Instead of informing me, they simply sent a completely different pair, entirely unrelated to my initial purchase.
In short, this was an utterly negative experience, and I will not be making any further purchases from this company.
