Do Not buy from this company. I ordered 2 times from them, nothing. I paid for both orders, I couldn't get an answer from e-mails. It was like they did not exist.

Fraudsters!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I never received my order and didn't receive any emails back from them to explain what the problem was. I asked for my money back if they couldn't supply the goods but, nothing. Never heard from them again.

This is a fraud company!
Do NOT buy anything from them.
They didn't answer mails and my product was stuck in China for weeks according to the tracking information.
I am glad Paypal was able to help me get a refund of my money.

Bought the climbing santa...paid 49 dollars canadian...received it oct 5th...they sent wrong cheap damaged and missing parts item....fighting with them now...thank god i went threw paypal....will not let these a*****es get away with it....

My mam bought a climbing Santa Claus that is meant to climb the ladder and light up after receiving it today the quality is cheap plastic the light doesn't work and basically it's rubbish then she tells me she paid£30 for it this is something that I will look into to getting her money refunded wouldn't ever use this company again

Extremely poor quality. Purchased the multifunction picture hanging tool. Just cheap plastic. order came imcomplete, company couldn't care less. Very dissapointed. I will never purchase anything from this cmpany again.

I ordered some facemasks from this company in May, and after several reminders they eventually turned up in July. The quality was terrible with all the nose braces falling off before being used. I will never buy from China again.

I ordered a bag which I saw advertised on Facebook and the initial response from the company was good.
However 2 months later I have not received my item and they have stopped responding to my emails.
Wondering if I ever will?

Fraud - do not buy from this shop - I made an order, never received it and never received my money back. They keep you hanging until you get tired and give up.

Product was billed when ordered and after 4 weeks I reached out to company as I did not receive it and I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. 2 days later company advised back to me when I do finally receive it I can send it back to them in China for a refund....however, I was to pay for shipping.
over the weekend, the Leveler did come....warped. This plastic piece of junk is 100% usable and I will cut my losses rather than try to return to China as damaged goods.
In the future I will not click on any of the Facebook ads as these vendors are NOT vetted except for unsuspecting consumers like me.

Has delivered an broken item and refuses to take of the situation: no reimbursement or delivery of a second item. Absolutely no customer service. Avoid definitely this seller.

Standard online fraudsters. They take your order and money but do not send any products. Will be reporting them to the authorities but nothing will be done and they will continue this scam so please take your business somewhere else.

Firstly, they advertise 100% guarantee or your money back.

They don't deliver on this promise.

I ordered a tool that was advertised to come with an accessory set. The item arrived and whilst it was very cheap looking for the price I paid, it would function as advertised. However, there was no accessory set included so I got in touch with their customer service.

During several emails, they would not even acknowledge the missing set and just kept asking me to send a picture of the problem (an empty space on my table maybe?).

I asked them to either send the accessories or refund my order. After a few more emails of them replying but ignoring the issue, they stated that 'Sorry we don't accept returns' if no fault. Not what they state on their web site and still ignoring the missing items!

To be honest, even if they say I can return it now, I'm not sure I believe I will get my money back so I am just going to write this one off to experience!

I definitely don't recommend buying from them.

Don’t use these guys. Waited ages for delivery of safety trainers. The sizing on site is all wrong but product seemed good I ordered a UK8 but received a size 7 so I tried again and bought another pair. Again waited ages got a huge pair of trainers arrive totally useless to me and after all emails back and forward I got fed up and asked for a refund for both.
This started even more emails as to why, provide proof and pictures all to them. I’ve had 1 refund but now I’m going through it all again to get my second refund.

This shop is fraud china company.if you want to money back first, don't trust this shop say anything.Just tell your bank cut the credit card, they will not to do "30 Days money back guarantree".

Do not order from this company. If you cancel your order before it is shipped they will refuse to cancel it. If you want to get a refund within 30 days they will say they only refund damaged items, despite the fact that their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and full refund if you are not satisfied within 30 days. They are complete scammers and I can’t believe they’re still in business because what they’re doing is illegal.

FRAUD. Beware of this outfit. They are scammers and will take your money but not deliver. They are very good at offering good products and taking your money with order but even when you enquire a month later you get a somewhat bizarre reply in broken english saying there is a delay but no reason or refund offered. Further follow ups are then ignored. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES.
