Hi, January 13, 2017, I made an order of 3 cosmetic for a euro amount to 43.90 HipeStore, which I reproduce below. After about 10 days. They communicate that need to cancel 2 products my order! I then asked for a refund of the difference. They said it was ok. After following my e-mail reminder, I was informed that the reimbursement had been made. Which is absolutely false as today (4 March 2017) I have not received any refund nor ll cosmetic that should have arrived! So I asked for a refund of the whole order, but now I do not responding. This public company and sells jewelry, cosmetics, also on Facebook, you are so careful to make their orders, are absolutely serious and downright cheat, and based on my experience I can not think and say no more! I tried to contact them on Facebook, but after a first contact I think they blocked chat, as I can no longer do so or to post comments on Loro page! Now, if a company misappropriate 43,92 €, I think it is making very, very bad !!! ... .. or at least is very little serious and fraudulent! I will continue to request redemption to these gentlemen, although I think it will not help! But I want to bring my experience, hoping to discourage those who want to shop at HIPESTORE!

Salve, il 13 gennaio 2017, Ho fatto un ordine di 3 cosmetici per un Importo di euro 43,90 alla HipeStore , che riporto qui di seguito.
Dopo circa 10 gg. mi comunicano che devono annullare 2 prodotti del mio ordine! Ho quindi chiesto il rimborso della differenza. Hanno risposto che era ok. Dopo successive mie e-mail di sollecito, mi hanno comunicato che il rimborso era stato fatto. Cosa assolutamente falsa poichè ad oggi (4 marzo 2017) non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso e neppure ll cosmetico che sarebbe dovuto arrivare! Quindi ho chiesto il rimborso di tutto l'ordine, ma ora non mi rispondono più.
Questa Azienda pubblica e vende gioielli, cosmetici ,anche su Facebook, state quindi attenti a fare loro degli ordini, non sono assolutamente seri e decisamente truffano e in base alla mia esperienza non posso pensare e dire altro! Ho provato a contattarli anche su Facebook, ma dopo un primo contatto chat credo mi abbiano bloccata, poichè non riesco più a farlo o a postare commenti sulla Loro pagina! Ora, se una Azienda si appropria indebitamente di 43,92 euro, credo che sia messa molto, ma molto male!!!….. o quantomeno sia veramente poco seria e truffaldina! Continuerò a richiedere il rimborso a questi signori , anche se credo che non servirà a niente! Voglio però riportare la mia esperienza, con la speranza di scoraggiare chi volesse fare acquisti alla HIPESTORE !
