Good, efficient service
The bag was delivered quickly by post. When ready for collection, it was easy to request this on line via their website. Collection was within 24 hours and whilst I was not at home. Lovely supprise to see a clear garden when I got home.

Very efficient waste Collection. The website is easy to navigate and arranging the collection was simple. The Hippo bag was flexible and it was no trouble positioning it outside the house. Would definitely use again.

Good service
Good service. The bag got dropped off reasonably quick and was picked up within 3 days of booking the collection. I didn’t even know they came which was handy because I was in work so it’s nice to know the service can be completed without you having to take time off work.

Easy to order and very large bag filled with 85% of the contents of my very large shed! The only two things I’d say is the bag was ordered on a Friday and said next working day delivery but we didn’t receive until the following Wednesday afternoon, collection was pretty fast within 4 days of ordering I feel it’s all a bit over priced but quite a bit cheaper than a skip but overall not a bad service I would use these over a skip.

We have used hippo waste about 5/6 times at least! Where we live is narrow, and we don’t have the space for a proper skip. Hippo is a great solution, and pick up has always been a breeze. The lorry drivers who do the collection are always great.
