I ordered online my delivery came and it was ript i sent a picture and showed them they replied after 1 day and said ok we can do a refunded discount so i said ok they havent replied back since i have sent messaged throught their email, whatsap and instagram if some one could help me report please let me know

This is the third email I’m sending as I’ve not had any response after making various contact on WhatsApp, call, tiktok.

I received my item a week after placing my order. Firstly you said you didn’t have the colour which I originally wanted in stock, so i had to choose another colour. I went for the same design but a pink dupatta.

My order arrived on Saturday 2nd sept only to be disappointed when opening to find STAINS of oil on the kameez, and black marking on the trousers.
Tried to make contact for a refund but look likes I’m getting ignored.

Blocking me on platforms is not helping your business. Getting scammed by companies like yourselves you should be ashamed, HIRA if that’s her name should be ashamed of herself who looks like doesn’t have any humanity for the community. She’s not going to go far by scamming people for their money. I will take this further if this isn’t resolved nicely because I am not the first customer. Bureau will look into the business.

Absolutely Scam! Fought them for many months NO refund or missing item, No Money back. It looks like they doing this fraud for long time without Government punishment. Definitely will take some action against this "company "

Ordered 2 items, which were both damaged and came late. All communication (across all platforms) was ignored or had very late replies (weeks and months).
We were entitled to a full refund but they ignored until I followed up weeks later and they finally gave a credit note. A full refund should have been given but they ceased all communication. We went ahead and used the credit note and lo and behold, it does not work. Truly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I was patient yet they took advantage and continued to act in the same way. This is the second occasion it has happened. I only went back because my mum and sister really liked one of the items and wanted matching clothes.
