Hey I loved the mustard kameez everything was perfect. Except Royal Mail refused to give me my package because instead of my address being put as number 6 it was 7 after 10 mins of arguing I had to show proof of ID to let them know its my package . Other than that I really liked my purchase and will still be buying from you guys as the recent ones I purchased were stunning .

I really like it only thing which I feel my size is medium and it fit me but when I ordered size medium from hira textiles it didn’t fit me so that’s the only thing I have issue otherwise the material is very nice .

As a regular customer I’m finding this whole refund process a bit frustrating! First refund request with no reply and too that it’s only in a credit note!!
Why do I have to wait for a refund instruction??? Why don’t they get back?
