We recently had Paloma at a "at home" hen party! I couldn't have asked for a better service, she was so professional and the drinks she made were gorgeous! I'd highly recommend this service for any special event or occasion you may be having!

We had a work party last Friday night with Jose as our mixologist. He was superb!! He was the star of the night and the cocktails were delicious! The passionfruit martini in particular was very popular. Jose was so accommodating with any requests we had. He chatted to everyone and really added to the party atmosphere!! I would definitely recommend him for future events and some of the staff have already asked for his contact details. In terms of organisation he called us the day before to confirm the address and the time and he arrived and was set up in 15/20 mins and similarly was cleaned up very quickly. looking forward to having Jose for our next work event!

Michael was our bartender for the night, he was amazing and the cocktails were 10/10! Definitely would recommend for any hen night!

I booked 2 barmen for my 21st and they could not have been better! Constant communication and cooperation leading up to the day, they rang earlier in the day to double check when to show up and made sure everything was ok. They were absolutely brilliant at their jobs!! They could not have been nicer and they kept an amazing energy all night! Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends

Keith was great. Reached out to us ahead of the event, asked to be briefed, arrived prepared (had to learn a few bespoke cocktails). Worked very hard to minimise the wait time, was very personable and fun.

As with the majority of the reviews below - I confirmed the booking the week of the event and again the day before. The day of my sister's hen party I got an email saying "Finton" wasn't answering his phone and gave me a phone number to try. Needless to say, he didn't turn up and 5 days later I still haven't been given an explanation or even a phone call to apologise. Clearly this is a common occurrence with this company so I'd strongly advise avoiding them.

Hired a mixologist for my 40th in my house and from start to finish I found them to be excellent, The mixologist Jose was absolutely brilliant I can't recommend him enough. He was fantastic with the guests, Arrived early and had everything ready to go before people arrived. I will definitely use these guys again.

We had our team event and everything worked as planned. The barman adapted to our needs and it was the perfect mix between workshop and giving some space for people to network. 100% recommended!

Our Barman/Mixologist contacted us the night before, arrived 15 mins before the start time. Had a great night for our daughters birthday party. We all had a great night. Just a great experience without having to go to a packed pub, was great to have it in our home. Would definitely recommend amd will use again 🍹

Booked this hire a barman experience for my Birthday and have to say it was an excellent event. Our barman Finton arrived early and prepared all different cocktails for everyone and I must say he was brilliant. Great service, great fun and would definitely hire again. Would highly recommend for any event!

Couldn’t speak any higher for Finton, very professional, great energy, hands on and encouraging. Lots of laughter and memories made would definitely do it again and would highly recommend.

Booked for my friends hen party in Sept in Galway. I had paid the deposit, chosen the cocktails and all was organised. The bar man Fintan contacted me the night before to confirm the time. He never showed up, no call, no text and no answers to my calls & texts. My night was ruined constantly checking my phone and also having 25 girls and not enough beverages as we were expecting 75 cocktails.

I received my deposit back but no explanation as to why the Barman never turned up. I would have understood if their was a valid reason.

We hired the 100 Cocktail Package for an outdoor festival we held for a ladies club in a private garden in late September. There was initially a bit of to and fro regarding the deposit, but once all that was sorted it ran like clockwork. The Barmen arrived 30 minutes before the event and had everything set up and ready to go on time. We had over 40 people arriving pretty much at the same time and everyone got served. The barman were efficient and charming and chatted easily with the guests, collecting glasses and even bringing drinks on request once the initial rush died down. At the end the packed up in 20 minutes and were gone without leaving any mess or rubbish. We would definitely use them again. Everyone agreed the cocktails were delicious!

I booked hire a bartender 8 weeks before my event. All the planning was done over email, I purchased all the ingredients and I contacted the company and confirmed the booking 2 days before.

Unfortunately I received an email from the bartender cancelling on the day of the event. This caused a lot of stress to come up with a solution for the party and was very disapointing.

I did receive a refund of my deposit without request which I appreciate however I had no contact or apology from the event manager which I found unprofessional. The bartender was unable to reach him on the day of the event.

I would not risk booking from Hire a Bartender again. It seems from reviews that it's luck of the draw if someone actually shows up for your event.
